We used Premium Design for an edging job. Johnny and his team did such great work. Our yard looked brand new when they were done. Will definitely use them for future jobs - and would definitely recommend their services to anybody looking for landscaping work.

John and his team are exceptional! John genuinely cares about his customers, has years of experience and does a great job. His communication is timely and on point. I highly recommend them!

We hired John and Premium Design to rip out our old landscaping and put all new in and are thrilled with the job he and the team did. We had 2 large and 1 smaller bed in the front with aluminum edging. That was changed to block edging in the 2 largest beds with all new plants, a transplant of our existing Japanese Maple, and a tree removed. Along the way he had to pivot a little and we had to add some flat rocks. The rest of the job was putting a rock border all around the house and under the deck. All along the way John was very helpful, communicative, and reasonable. When we are ready to do the back yard John will be our first call.

We had to have foundation piers put under our house and they, of course, left the yard in terrible shape. I contacted John who responded quickly and did a wonderful job repairing our landscaping.

I am extremely grateful for the work Premium Design has performed for me.

Recently had Procare install a new patio for me. Turned out great and was better than I expected.

Procare is a very reliable snowplowing service company for our church. They were able to plow per a detailed snowplow schedule we requested and did a thorough job. The minor damage to the grass was promptly repaired in the spring without our having to ask. We look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

In late April 2026, Procare Landscape Management was performing mowing services for my employer. As they exited the parking lot island next to my vehicle, a rock was kicked up and struck my rear window. I noticed a dent and initial cracking in the window while driving home that evening. By the following day, the rear window had completely spider‑webbed and shattered, leaving a large hole and rendering my vehicle undrivable.

I would like to specifically recognize Procare Landscape Management—and particularly Jason Miller—for their professionalism throughout this situation. They accepted responsibility for the incident without hesitation and fully covered the cost of the rear window replacement. While this was an unfortunate event, their prompt communication, accountability, and outstanding customer service made the experience far less stressful.

Procare has done a great job for us for a number of years both with lawncare and snowplowing. This current winter weather has been brutal, yet they always arrived to clear our lot in a reasonable amount of time. During winter events they communicate on a daily basis, letting us know when we can expect service. I just recommended them to another business owner and would do so to anyone else looking for great service at a competitive rate.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was on time, professional, and did excellent work. My house and windows look fantastic. It made a noticeable difference.
