Justin is a great guy, I waited until the last minute to find someone to plow my mother and father in-laws place and he was willing to fit me into their busy schedule. The pricing is competitive I will be using J.A.S Services again.

From soup to nuts this guy runs a professional operation. He is organized and shows up on time. He doesn’t over or under estimate his job and he listens to what you want and need and offers suggestions and gives you what you ask for. He also isn’t afraid to follow up and make sure you’re happy with the work that was done. A miscommunication left one very high gutter or cleaned out and he sent a crew over and got it done. You can hire a number of outfits to do this kind of work. There’s no on that will give you the service for the price that Justin at JAS will. I’m an old curmudgeon and never do reviews but I couldn’t BOT give him a review…and no, we are not related or even friends. He’s just that good.

J.A.S. Services has done many post construction window cleanings for us and has always finished the work on time. Their work has always been great and they are very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had JAS services crew Out to Our house this summer. I couldn't be happier with the services! We had the exterior of our house softwashed & It came out amazing! We also had interior and exterior windows cleared, which included window sills at no upcharge.
We had some organic growth on the roof that they also treated with their softwash process as well.They also cleaned the interior of our gutters. . The equipment they used in the soft washing process was state-of-the-art. The pure water fed window cleaning system that uses reverse osmosis & Di resen resulting in an amazing streek free finish. Great communication and responsiveness! Very fair pricing in my opinion. We have and will continue to refer them out to our family and friends.

I used J.A.S. Services for gutter cleaning late-summer this year and they did a fantastic job. But we have so many trees around the house that the gutters filled up quickly this fall. I'm setting up another gutter cleaning from them this upcoming week because their service and price are impeccable. Highly recommend.

We have used JAS Services, Justin and his team, on many occasions. We like personal locally run private businesses rather than big businesses that you might be calling in another state, to set up appointments or have concerns, after the work is done. We started with Justin for yearly (sometimes more often) window cleaning, inside and out, and loved the results and professionalism. We have also used their services for power washing our decking, our garage and parts of our house. They are very dependable and do a great job. It is a personally run business and I know that many people on Bostwick use their services, over and over. Definitely a business to try!

This is our fourth or fifth year to use JAS services for our windows. They clean the inside outside, the screens and the windowsills. This year the two guys who did it were Jack and Logan and they were excellent. The windows look terrific the windowsills dusted. They took off screens, cleaned and put them back on the windows. They always do a good job for us and I would highly recommend JAS. Justin, the owner is great to work with and he has very fair prices.

Needed a solid window spring cleaning and heard favorable things about JAS. I was not led astray! Justin and his team were so pleasant, so quick, so professional and did such an awesome job. Excellent work plus a great personality. Five stars from me!
