OG Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our carpets for the last 4 years. They are reasonably priced and do a fantastic job! This time, we had several pet stains and after they finished, the carpet is fresh smelling and no sign of stains.

They were on time and very careful with furniture. I also love that they are local! I highly recommend them!

O.G. services did a great job on my carpet. Robert was really easy to work with. After I reached out to him, we set up the appointment, he arrived on time and was very nice, polite and professional. I left him to work his magic and about an hour later, came back to clean and new looking carpet. I'd recommend Robert and his team for any and all carpet cleaning services...oh and be sure to ask about how he got the name O.G. Services. Cool story because it's definitely not what you were thinking :)

Not sure how we came across this company, but glad we did. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. The light tan carpet in my living room hadn’t been cleaned for at least 2 or 3 years...maybe longer. Very, very dirty, almost looked black. They came in and made it look new again. Kitchen carpet had never been cleaned for the 20+ years we lived here and again it looks new. Wish I would have taken before and after pics but was too embarrassed to show people my carpet before they were cleaned. I will definitely hire this company again. Amazing work!

Robert cleaned our carpet several times now after we had some issues with pets. I have never found anyone to match his level of detail. He spends time to ensure all the smell and anything is take care of, and also teaches us how to help manage this as well. We couldn’t recommend anyone higher and with more praise.

AMAZING, sales and service. They were right on time, and kept me posted on their time line. I am assuming they are a small family run business. Robert came with his son Robert. They worked so hard, I could not believe, 2 guys could complete a job in such a timely fashion, and the results were FANTASTIC! Highly recommend. Our friends had their carpets cleaned with the same impeccable service, and recommended them to me! They may not look like the “ fancy , big carpet cleaning business” but they provide a small business, service that was GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used this company twice since purchasing my home and would never use any others.

1. They are very responsive - Their preference is to communicate by text if you are comfortable with that. This allows quick, minimally disruptive communication about timing, requests, coordination, etc.

2. They have great availability - I was able to get same-week service both times.

3. They work with your schedule - I had to coordinate around a changing time frame and they were able to accommodate/adapt their arrival time to mesh with mine the day of the appointment.

4. They are personable and care a lot about the work they do - They are efficient and do a great job that reflects the high level of attention and care they pay to every job. They remembered me (and mostly my house/its intricacies) from the first job years later, thus demonstrating their attention to detail.

I would absolutely recommend this company to any seeking carpet cleaning, including pet and stain removal.

Our basement had a pipe burst, and the restoration was complete. All was ready to go except for the carpeting that needed cleaning. We searched for recommendations and found O.G. recommended by a couple of people. One had used O.G. regularly for over 20 years! That was enough of a recommendation for me, and working with them was a great experience! They are competitively priced, and I feel that I got my money's worth. The carpet is clean, the stains are gone, and it looks and feels like a brand new basement! They kept me posted on their time of arrival, and got the job done in the time they quoted. Communication was incredible and I will use again whenever we need our carpet cleaned.

We’ve used OG a few times now and won’t be using any other company for our carpet cleaning needs ever again. Robert and his son are phenomenal! Thorough, as professional as they come, and excellent in their craft. They’ve treated our home as if it was their own, and worked diligently to make sure all our pet stains and spills were taken care of. They are also very educational and gave my wife and I plenty of tips to handle small messes from pets or otherwise on our own. We are people who prefer to use smaller companies and this is exactly why. Highly recommend OG Professional carpet cleaners!

A rocking chair foot stool got grease stains on my brand new carpet and they were able to remove it perfectly! First time I've ever used a professional carpet cleaner for spot removal and I'll never try on my own again and just make stains worse! They were quick, professional and vert reasonably priced. Will definitely be using for all future carpet needs.

We have used R &K Home Services for window washing for several years. They go the extra mile to do a good job. Recently, we have asked for help with other exterior maintenance issues and have found them to be willing and capable with all. Highly recommend.
