Best carpet and rug cleaning service in the Grand Rapids area. Green Home Cleaning and Restoration recently cleaned over 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet in my home (an annual occurrence). I am always amazed at how good it looks after they finish! I think what's most impressive is that they pick up all the furniture and put hard foam cubes under the feet of everything! (This is impressive because I have a LOT of furniture.) Brian is always friendly and courteous. I'm a forever loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Can't say enough about the crew that showed up to clean our carpets. They were professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, and quick. If you need your carpets cleaned, give this group a try, I can tell you that you will not regret it. Kim and Louis were great, kudos to them.

Highly pleased with price-point, timelines, communication* and services delivered. We had a small den that needed a full carpet cleaning, plus a partial cleaning of two couches. One of the couches is a cheap “kid couch” that I thought was beyond restoring (looooots of abuse from little boys, plus water stains and greasy finger prints 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️). Kim said she used 5 different cleaners on it - she really went above and beyond. She and Luis were also courteous of our space - if you’ve ever had contractors in your house, you know it’s hit or miss.

*The only thing I would suggest is that the water hook up be determined with the homeowner in advance. Because it is winter, they didn’t hook up outside, but instead hooked their hose in our bathroom where there is a old, pressure-sensitive fixture. It made a bit of a mess, which they cleaned up, but there would be potential for damage if not caught early. We could have had them hook up outside and re-winterized the line when they left. But all in all, will hire again!

used Robert several times with no issues,.did a good job,.usually late,.but i'm okay with that,.last several times trying to contact him he would not return my calls,. I told him to put me on his schedule,. and after a couple weeks of not hearing from him , found someone else,.. He is not dependable,.and Don't recommend him,.I gave many opportunities to contact me and let me know if he was not coming so I could move on and he failed,. Not what I expected from a Christian based service,. Find someone else to do your work that can be counted on,..

WOW, WOW, WONDERFUL !!!! I have used other cleaners whose names we all recognize and I will never again. O.G. Was amazing, got stains out that no one else could. Was here for 2 hours and really worked HARD!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It is now the next day. The day after the cleaning by O.G. Everything is dry and it looks like we got new carpeting. ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!! Bright, clean and stains gone!!! I will never use anyone else !! Huge THANK YOU!!!!!!

He came through BIG TIME! Our sump pump failed and flooded our basement (carpeted etc.) I called him on the weekend and told him our situation. He shot right over and pulled the carpet up (my decision) and disposed of it for us. dried out the rooms with big fans and dehumidifiers and had all the equipment necessary to monitor/check for moisture and mold. He also worked with my insurance company while we made the claim.

Overall I am very pleased with his work and will call him in the future if anything were to ever happen.

Didn't know quite what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. They listened to what it was I was looking for and took their time to do the job right. It never seemed like they were rushed or were cutting corners. The help was courteous, well-mannered and attentive to keeping things clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend their services.
