It was Friday night, about 10pm and my fiancé' and I were painting my house. We decided to use a gallon of blue paint that I had in the basement that was a little old for one of the bedrooms. My fiancé’ shook the paint up for awhile and then I told him I would take my turn to shake the paint after I got done washing my hands. So I took my turn and started to “shake it like a Polaroid picture” and what happened, the gallon of blue paint slipped out of my hand and came crashing to the dining room floor spilling all over the carpet. I panicked and started to clean the spot of blue paint with soap and water making even more of a mess and spreading out the stain. My fiancé googled emergency carpet cleaners and that’s when we saw O G Professional Carpet Care’s ad advertising emergency 24 hour response! We called them and Robert said he could be to the house in 20 minutes!!! He came over at 11pm and got right to work. While he was cleaning my massive paint accident he talked to us the whole time and told us what he was doing and what products he was using to pull the stain out of the carpet. He gave us tips of what to do and not to do to clean your carpet on regular stains. Robert was extremely professional and personable. By the time he was done you couldn’t even tell I had dropped an entire gallon of blue paint in my dining room!!!! It looked brand new!!! I would recommend Robert and his company to anyone. His service was excellent and the fact that he came out to me on a Friday night at 11pm was phenomenal! Excellent job!!! I will def be using you in the future!!!!

Called and Robert was able to give me same day service. The final invoice came in $10 under what he quoted me. He did a good job and got the spots out of the carpeting. I would highly recommend O. G. Carpet Cleaning. Will be calling them again the next time the need arises.

Had the best experience with O.G. We moved most of the furniture out so he didn't have to clean around much. There were a few problem spots that ended up almost 100% gone!!! He gave me some solid pointers on what to do and NOT do when cleaning stains... To include NOT using Resolve carpet cleaner. When he was done, he left some "fancy" (just kidding) shoe covers. If you're anything like us, we sometimes have to walk through carpeted areas to get something we forgot before we leave but don't want to take our shoes back off. These shoe covers are PERFECT for that. He also left a couple 10% off cards for next time. Needless to say, we highly recommend O.G. as one of the best professional carpet cleaning services in the area.

They were very professional, friendly and accommodating to get me on their schedule quickly. Carpet looked great when they were finished. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned!

O G Professional Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job on cleaning our area rugs and the stairway carpet. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Laid down runners to prevent tracking of dirt while walking in/out of the house. Removed shoes to minimize tracking.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My wife and I were on vacation and wanting to set up a playroom for our toddler in our basement, which was in need of a good carpet cleaning. Was able to set up an appointment via text (which is not only convenient but is a great use of an alternative communications channel to the ubiquitous call-in) after getting a quote by sending the owner the dimensions of the basement room we needed done, but also by sending pictures. We were able to make an appointment for the following day, which was AMAZING because we were in a time crunch. The owner kept in contact with me up to the appointment, letting me know of his ETA. The cleaning came in right on the quote, and I could not be happier with the quality of the cleaning, and the service we received. The owner also educated me on ways to keep our carpet smelling more fresh, which was much-appreciated as we have a dog that sleeps in the basement and the advice has been put to good use.

Robert was very personable and professional. I have 3 dogs. Two of them like to mark territory on my carpet. Robert was very friendly and patient while I pointed out the problem areas. Sometimes it can be embarrassing talking about your dirty carpet with strangers, but Robert was easy to talk to. I was very impressed when he proceeded to take extra time and care with those areas. The end result was fantastic and the price was right! I have already recommended OG to my friends and family.

Move in carpet cleans done. Very responsive, professional, and helpful. They did a great job and even came back to do a second run for no charge, as the carpets needed more work. They take pride in the work, and we will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

More than pleased with father/son team at OG. Robert gave me advice via text about treating what I thought may have been mold in a bedroom, son Bobby came to clean the day of the appointment and was polite and as professional as someone twenty years older than he was. Asked him if he could also add the basement steps, which he wasn’t planning on, and did those without hesitation. The job was well done and the price was incredibly fair. Called them after another carpet cleaner had to reschedule after we purchased a home. They were able to get me in next day, on a Saturday. This company is by far the best carpet cleaning service in West Michigan. I have used the nationwide companies in the past. They are typically in and out in 30 minutes or so. O. G. spent nearly three hours and my carpets have never been cleaner and I know they are completely sanitized by the heated solution. They made sure every square inch was perfect before leaving. Their price was also a hundred dollars less than a quote I received from one of big companies.
