Kurt Spieker has been very efficient and thorough with his presentation. I was at the Howell Melonfest in Howell, MI when I stopped by the Leafguard booth and I’m so glad I did now. Love the product AND the guarantee.

Our representatives, Shane and Janet , were very knowledgeable about this product and the effectiveness of the gutters. They answered all of our questions!
The only thing I would change, is that the representatives coming to the home needs to be provided with the potential customers phone number! Our representatives showed up 2 1/2 hours early! They have no way to contact the potential customer to see if they could arrive early! Other than that, we had a great experience and the gutters were installed the next day within a few hours.

Kurt Spieker is the salesman for Leafguard that sold us on new gutters. He explained everything answered all of our questions. He was not pushy very polite. Can't wait to get new gutters up. Well, first we started with the sales rep Shane. He was such a personable, professional, and very knowledgeable in the whole aspect of Leaf Guards business. From the financial to the setting up the timeline of installation. He was such a nice man. I see why he’s a top salesperson in the field. Thanks, Shane!!!

Now for the installers, Kasey and Kameron, they came, installed and were done in under 2 hours. I do understand all job sites are different but, WOW! I was impressed!! The area was cleaned up and was like no one was here except for the great installation job they left. The Leaf Guard gutters are in a woman’s point of view “Pretty”! I love them and my husband does, too.

I'll start off by saying that I recognize LeafGuard as a high quality product, however I can't imagine it ever being worth the price tag unless you have trees literally growing off your roof top and dropping leaves 24/7. We had been thinking about getting gutters and stumbled upon a Leafguard booth at an event where we won a $100 off coupon so we figured we would get a quote. I thought what we were scheduling was a QUOTE but turns out it was a 2+ hour manipulative sales pitch. From the beginning I told him that we just moved into our brand new house and we weren't looking to purchase anything today, we just wanted an idea of price to help plan our budget and future projects. After doing his measurements he asked to come inside and sit (which should have been a clue that this would take a while). When he came in he said "I made sure and double checked that I shut your gate because I know you have dogs." After an hour of listening to him talk about all the kinda of gutters that Leafguard DOESNT sell (which felt like a pop quiz because he wouldn't move on until we guessed the correct answers for all his questions) we decided to let our dogs out. Shortly after, out neighbors knocked on our door and let us know that the dogs were wandering our neighborhood because someone (the sales guy) left our gate open. My husband went out in the pitch black to look for our dogs while the sales guy just awkwardly sat in our house waiting for him to come back. I finally convinced him to finish the quote which turned out to be over $13,000. I knew Leafguard would be more than standard gutters but given that all of our neighbors paid about $1,500 for their gutters, I wasn't expecting nearly 10x the cost. I reminded him we weren't looking to make a purchase right now and were only looking to plan ahead. He called his boss and knocked the price down to about $9,500. So if you act too quickly on their offer, they will happily overcharge you by several thousand dollars. Despite me saying we weren't interested right now, the sales guy wouldn't leave our house (apparently a lost dog that he let out, a screaming toddler, and being told we weren't interested wasn't enough) until my husband finally got our dog back and came home. Hearing no from a woman (who made the appointment and also would be the one paying for any service, which he was aware of) wasn't enough and he needed to hear it from a man. Long story short, we will not be going with Leafguard and already made sure to warn our entire newly built subdivision not to waste their time getting a quote either.
