They never showed, despite scheduling an appointment a month in advance. No confirmation call, nothing. I tried calling their number 5 times today, but they ignore the calls. I am all for supporting small business’ but not ones who practice unprofessionalism. Save yourself the time and hassle, by staying away from this company.

Just had dryer vent cleaned today. Fabulous technician Sausha. She was courteous and very professional. An asset to your business!!!

Service tech called ahead and when he arrived was very courteous, removing his shoes before walking through the house to see existing dryer and ductwork locations. Good experience.

Andrew was on time and answered my questions knowledgeably. He explained the process and completed his work. I do think for the 15-20 minutes that it took for all of the above that it was a little pricey. All and all, I would recommend them 🙂

The service provided was great. Always gives me a good feeling to know the vent is clean and clear. Just peace of mind and a great way to prevent fires. Prices are worth having this done.

My dryer was taking too long to dry the clothes. My vent was packed with lint and the dryer was not properly connected to the vent line. They were able to clean all the lint out of the vent and reconnect the dryer properly. The clothes are drying fast and safely.

Arial was my service man today. Professional, kind and went above and beyond. My neighbor used him as well. Same results but he had to climb up on the roof. Some strange set with a cover that was bolted on. He finally had to clean from inside. GREAT JOB!

We were very satisfied with the work the men did. Were there the same day we called. They explained everything they did. I could not beleive the amount of wet lint that they got out of the vent pipe.. They were also very friendly, and will recomand your company to friends.

Mailer for $89 cleaning. Arrives to clean and proceeds to bill $335 "because the dryer was smoking". First time in 20 years that has happened, blessed the tech was magically there at that same moment in time. Bait and switch remains alive and well.

WHAT!! SECOND LEADING CAUSE OF HOUSE FIRE!! Why did I not know this! That is until the flyer from Fresh Air came in the mail! I was skeptical so researched it myself and yup it is second leading cause of house fires! Knowing 3 families that have suffered loss due to house fires and watching the news of fires out west from natural causes and this something I can prevent was a no brainier for me as I have a family. It was easy I called the number set up appointment, confirmed day before and day of they came in the time slot I was given and 30 minutes later they were gone, now I have peace of mind I did my due diligence in keeping our family that much safer. This all for less than 100 bucks!! I recommend this service to EVERYONE!!

I requested an appointment online and was called within 5 minutes. The service person was right on time and went above and beyond cleaning my dryer vent, which is located on the 2nd floor. Pricing is excellent as is customer service. I already have them on the books for 2021

Rep was on time, professional and knowledgeable. While cleaning the dryer vent he found a hole in the dryer hose and recommended replacing it while there - at an additonal cost of $250! Above the cost of the service call for vent cleaning!
I won't call them again.

My pregnant wife took work off for an appointment we had with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning LLC, they never even showed up or called to let us know they wouldn't be here, horrible customer service. They said they called and left a voicemail, which was a lie. My wife has never had a full voice mailbox in her life, which they claimed was the case. How can you just stand up a customer? This place is a joke!

Adam and Tim gave prompt efficient service at a reasonable price. They took the time to clear up a bad venting situation left by whomever had installed the original venting. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them.

The tech was very nice however to be up- charged for using your credit cards and not being told you have an up charge for using it instead of cash! Oh yes they up charge as well if your duct is on the roof and don't tell you that either! I should not have to pay your credit card fees ! You have that service for your customers it's not there to charge them for it! I don't like dishonest companies! That sneak things in on their services! BAD BUSINESS! Won't use again
