Fresh Air did a fantastic job on my dryer vent. It was terribly clogged. He spent the extra time to make sure the lines we clean. Very very happy with the service. Highly recommend!!

Tyler did an excellent job. I had my vents cleaned two months ago, but was still getting an error message on my dryer. The initial vendor REFUSED to come out and re-service. Tyler not only found lint in my outside vent, but a birds nest! Thank you, thank you! I will be sure to use again. And I took pictures to share with the previous vendor to get my money back.

JASON was on time, personable and took the time to explain the indoor vent cleaning process. He is very professional and did a great job. He also took the time to clean the area behind the dryer and washer. I would ask for him again and make referrals to him.

The man you sent to my house, in Redstone Condominiums was awesome. We have two dryers and he found that one was not vented to the outside. I was able to contact the contractor and get the siding open. He came back today and cleaned the formerly blocked vent.
He was professional, showed me the problem and came back today. I think he saved me from the possibilities of major problems in the future.

This review is coming from Sterling Heights. I found out about this company because they sent a notice in the mail saying they were having a discount during the month of October. I'm so glad they sent that because I NEVER think about cleaning my dryer vents. The technician was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Fresh Air....and NO ONE from the company asked to give any reviews.

Amazing service from start to finish! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they even called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. Andrew was outstanding! Very thorough and informative in explaining what he was doing. Oh, and the price was great too!

What a pleasure to meet Jeremy, our Fresh Air tech today. He was, by far, the most genuine and kindest service techs I have ever met and I am 54 years old and have met quite a few techs in my lifetime. He was well informed, professional, communicative, timely and so genuinely kind. What an asset he is to Fresh Air. Our dryer vent was cleaned and Jeremy shared a review of what he found when job was complete. A+++++++++!

I am glad I called fresh air to clean my dryer vent . Upon their initial inspection they found my dryer vent was broken inside my wall. They used a camera system to take pictures and video so I could see what was happening. My wall cavity behind the drywall was filling up with dryer vent lint at an alarming rate. They were able to remove the damaged pipe and replace it as well as clean out all that nasty lint. Now my laundry room doesn’t steam up and they saved me from a potentially larger problem. They were polite punctual and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend.

Very Pleased!! Fresh Air Dryer Vent Cleaning did an excellent job clearing our dryer vent. Andrew was very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected and explained the process and completed it as discussed. He even showed me the bag of old lint removed from our line, it was significant! I highly recommend this company!!

We had Andrew as our technician. He showed up at the very beginning of the window of time given to me over the phone. He was professional, thorough, and personable. The price was fair and the process was not super long. I highly recommend!

We received a direct mail solicitation them indicating their great response from last year cleaning in our condo association. My wife scheduled an appointment from the mailing. Today when the technician showed up he scared my wife in telling her he could not clean the duct due to a hole in the duct behind dryer. She contacted me at my office and I told her to pass and cancel the service. Apparently the technician asked if she had a handymen, if not Fresh Air could fix it for $200, plus the $89 cleaning service. Unbeknown to the technician, I’ve been in the home inspection business for over 21 years and have inspected over 8000 homes and commercial buildings. When I inspected the duct it was nothing more than a loose connection at dryer, vary minor fix. So if an uninformed homeowner would fall victim to such an approach they would pay $289 to have a loose connection tightened and duct cleaned. I find this very appalling! Would not recommend them!

Excellent service. We had a dryer vent clogged 14 feet above ground. Technician was incredible. Made the climb up our small roof, on a cold windy day, found our clogging culprit and showed me as proof. Very professional, thorough, and personable. The price was very fair. I highly recommend!

J and A Building Services does a great job cleaning our large, multi-use facility on a weekly basis! They are reliable and thorough, which is difficult to find in the office cleaning business. We are so glad we found them!

Parker and the crew showed up on time and explained everything they would be doing. He then answered any questions I had and then proceeded to get to work. Parker and crew wore shoe coverings to not leave a mess behind. They were supper friendly and even took some time out to give some love to my dogs Benny and Paddy who were curious to what was going on. Parker showed me some of the before and after pictures of our vents and air ducts and I was blown away by how nasty they were. It’s been a few weeks and the air seems cleaner and there hasn’t been as much dust on our baseboards since the cleaning.

The technicians were extremely friendly and efficient and my stairs look brand new! The smell is heavenly with four dogs. 😍 I'm very very happy!
