Two young men showed up on time with all the equipment they needed. They were efficient and quick and did wonderful job much better than other companies I have hired. I will stick with Modernistic from now on. Thank you very much for employing the best.

The 2 workers that arrived from Mondernistic did an amazing job!!
They walked through the house as I pointed out the areas that needed attention. I had traffic areas and pet spots that needed extra attention. Brenden and Blake did the carpet and furniture. They were extremely polite and hard working. My carpet looks like new!! I will definitely call Mondernistic for future cleaning.

The quote we received was a base, there is an additional fee per vent over 10 vents. Definitely increased the cost but overall it was worth it! They were quick and did a nice job!

Where do I even start these ladies were nothing short of amazing!!! They came in cleaned the carpet and let me tell you the carpet was not an easy task years of build up. My service was performed by Q and Ozric. They were very polite charismatic gentleman and did a wonderful job. It was faster than I was expecting and the carpet looks great!

Online quoted about $400, but I miscounted the vents and the service was more than I had planned by $200. The crew was professional and great and I needed it after not having the vents cleaned in over 12 years. In the future I will call for the estimate and all the details. The crew was at my home for 2.25 hours so well spent.

Steve Curry did an awesome job . I thought I had a plugged dryer vent. Smelled smoke and became concerned. I was able to schedule through online text and they came out within 2 days. They cleaned the vent and good to go. Thank you and great job!
