Great job! They were on time, well organized, and well equipped to do the job. They were quick and efficient. We went over instructions for after cleaning. The final price matched their quote. This is our second experience with Modernistic. Very pleased with their work.

Diamond and her team were wonderful to work with. They listened to what was needed and also made good recommendations. They worked efficiently and worked well together. Additionally, they were very respectful of my home and to protect wall, doors and corners from their hoses and equipment.

The team that came to the door of Isaiah and Nick were respectful and on task. They got right to work and cleaned out our heating/cooling ducts. We are very pleased with the results. They were even able to come earlier and called to see if it was ok.

I would love it if the charge was per sq foot and not average room size. I think the charge is too high for the area of carpet I have cleaned.

We had two wonderful employees arrive right on time and clearly explain everything they were going to do. They were incredibly friendly even with our big and loving Goldendoodle Cooper James and had no problem with him hanging out with us while they worked. (But ... I kept him close to me or they would have never got anything done lol)

They offered a few additional cleaning options, which we appreciated, and then got right to work. When they finished, they walked us through how everything went.

We could immediately smell the fresh, clean air coming from our vents. Thank you for such a professional and pleasant experience. 5 Star service. Highly Recommend!!!

I would like to thank this company for being so willing to quickly assist us with our carpet cleaning need. We spilled red wine on a large area rug. I called the number listed on the website, thinking I would get an answering machine as it was 6:30 AM when I called and someone answered and got right into the details of what I needed and how they could help. Although I needed to cancel my request for their services, I am still VERY thankful for their kind and prompt communicating and availability. Thank you!

I purchased an oriental, Persian rug from Rugs by Shahan. I didn't know much about oriental rugs or quality levels and so was worried about what I might get. The rug I got is perfect and looks great in my space. I get compliments all the time and I've since had other experts confirm its authenticity and extremely high quality.

Shahan cleaned an oriental rug I inherited from my grandmother. He did a great job, absolutely fantastic. An old stain was removed, and the colors are much more vibrant. For the low cost, it was a great value cleaning as well. I plan on using Shahan for all future rug cleaning needs.
