We are really, really, pleased with Elite Washers. They were able to remove a years worth of dirt, grime and who knows what that accumulated on the wood siding of our house for a very fair price. They were careful not to damage the wood, and the result is simply fantastic. We will plan on using Elite Washers for power washing our house every year. Its a no-brainer.

My house was in desperate need of a good washing but we kept putting it off because we needed a new roof. Now that the roof is replaced we called Elite to wash the house and it is night and day better! Algae marks and old roof marks are gone and it looks so much better. Was a little nervous because it has aluminum siding but they were gentle and did a great job. Would not hesitate to use Elite again.

I have a two story house and could never get the upper part of the house clean, so I contacted Elite Washers. Nate did a great job in cleaning the entire house: siding, shutters, doors, windows and even the gutters. Very happy with the results. Also, there was no damage to the plants and bushes around my house. I give Elite Washers a thumbs up!

I cannot say enough about Nate at Elite Washers LLC. I had some moss growing on the roof of my Garage (it’s in a pretty shaded area), and my Roof looks Brand New!! Not only did Nate take care of that Roof, but also My House, My Deck, Front Porch and even my Fence!! Everything is so clean and sparkling. Since I have lived here for 16 years, my things have Never been this Clean! Neighbors are stopping me and asking “who did that to your house”?

He was also Professional, Kind and Pleasant all the way around! My experience with Nate and this company was really the Best from start to finish. I can’t say enough about it!

Elite Washers has cleaned all 100 units in our condominium community. They not only cleaned the buildings, but also the driveways, the sidewalks, the patios, and the windows. Our community looks amazing! Nate and his crew are very professional. They come when they say they will come, do the job they say they will do, and charge the price they say they will charge. It isn't easy to take care of a job with 100 different "bosses". But Elite Washers works overtime to keep the customer happy. Great company!

On 4/29/21 we had our villa power washed. Just purchased 2 yrs. ago it was in need of a thorough cleaning, not apparently been done for sometime. Nate and Trey were prompt, explained the procedure, answered our questions and got right to work. What a fantastic result upon completion, the siding was sparkling, the windows were cleaned. We have had several neighbors comment on the vivid smart look and wanting to do the same. An excellent company with A1 personnel and we would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

They had great communication letting me know when they would be there, they were on time and professional, most importantly, they did a great job and was careful around the landscaping, windows, and cameras on the house. Elite Washers did a great job on our house. They were very thorough. Even doing things that were not in the original estimate. Like cleaning the sidewalk up to the house. The vinyl siding hasn’t looked this good since it was new.
