Mint cleaning has always done an excellent job cleaning my house! Whatever I needed done, they were able to do & they always did an awesome job whether it was just a normal cleaning or a deep cleaning. I love that they use all natural products that are safe to use around my animals. I have four animals that they work around while cleaning and always treat them like their own. I will always recommend this company and continue to use them!

We just had our first cleaning today with Mint Cleaning and we are very, very impressed with their work! And I myself am a clean freak so that is saying a lot coming from me! The girls were so fun to work with and the owners really care that you are well taken care of. Dare I say they have earned a lifelong customer!?! I'm often on the road and don't have time to clean when I'm home. And when I'm home I want to enjoy being there, rather than try to catch up on cleaning. Ashley and Addison arrived on time and spent the day providing an initial deep clean. They were friendly, courteous, and our scaredy-cat even warmed up to them. Afterwards, I had a rare weekend spent mostly at home and it was so nice to be there and know that there was nothing I needed to do. I highly recommend Mint Cleaning LLC for your home.

The office looked amazing after the first deep clean. They did an excellent job cleaning all the surfaces and the window sills and the blinds. The bathroom was spotless and so was the glass on the doors. Would highly recommend Mint Cleaning!!

I’m not much of a hire-someone-to-clean-your-house type person and I certainly don’t have a hire-someone-to clean-your-house type income. But after years of struggling to keep up with the messes of three active kids, a cat and a dog, my wife finally convinced me we needed to hire a professional.

I chose Mint more or less randomly. But after I filled out the intake form, the response was prompt, and the quote seemed reasonable. Early on, when there was a communication mixup over our first cleaning, I got an explanation and an apology (and it wasn’t their fault anyway).

Now, our house is a proper mess, and truth be told I was a little nervous headed into the first cleaning. I’d tried to deal with the clutter, but I only got so far. I figured Mint’s folks would come in and just do a reasonable job of cleaning around the clutter. But they went way beyond that.

The original team of two cleaners became four, then eventually six, just to get that first cleaning done. By the end, the house wasn’t just clean, it was a delight. My nine year old raced around the house, noticing the little touches they added, organizing things I figured they wouldn’t even bother with.

I’m not expecting this level of detail and care every time, but as a first experience, it far exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful for the help, and happy to continue as a client!

Mint cleaning is amazing to work with, they are great with communication and do very good work. My five year old loves when they come because her room looks so nice. This week they came and my daughter said "the cleaning people work so hard in my room" and then proceeded to insist she sleep on the floor so as to not disturb her "cute" bed (don't worry we moved her to the bed after she fell asleep to which we were scolded for in the morning).

I've used them a couple of times and they've been great. Family owned company who does a thorough job. Exceeded expectations and they stand by their work.

I've used L & N Carpet Cleaning multiple times. They are wonderful! They were able to get out every stain. The carpets look brand new again. Grant was the person that cleaned my carpets the last 2 times. He was great!

Best cleaning ever done on my carpet and total rejuvenation of my sofa and love seat. Very nice young men. Very polite and thorough. My carpet looks new and it’s about 15 years old. I’ll never have anyone else.

When I first called to schedule my appointment the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. But when the technician showed up he really didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t move the furniture until I said something. The carpet in some places actually looked worse, with strips of super bright white among the beige. They did come back a second time to clean at no charge, but I am not sure it did much. They did not vacuum before cleaning, knowing that this is a home with pets you would think they would vacuum first. The technician did not listen to my mom, who was the one home, and only wanted to spot clean instead of cleaning all of the areas they had previously cleaned. I knew that my carpet would not look good as new because of the age, but I did expect it to look better after being cleaned. I also don’t recall ever getting a receipt for my carpet cleaning so they either forgot or misspelled my email address.

I was not told there was a "window" for arrival. I was told I had a 9am appointment. When I called at 930am, I was told the "window" is 9am-11am. Needless to say I was not too pleased. (Last year I set up an appointment during the home show for months out and they never called two weeks ahead, which they were suppose to do, so I just wrote it off. They did call around noon on the scheduled day to see if I still wanted them to come. I never responded to the call. So, I felt this was a second chance for L&N). And, I must say, the gal who spoke with me on the phone when I called to see why they were late was abrupt and not customer service friendly by any means....sort of a "stupid customer attitude".
When the guy arrived, he was pleasant. I explained it wasn't him I was upset with, but their office personnel. We had everything moved to another room, so he got right to work on 2 rooms and a stairs. The carpet does look nice and refreshed. I am glad I did the suggested Fiber Rinse (although I don't think $35 for 12 steps,, the same price for a room, is a fair amount). I do not recommend the stain guard, which also was $30 for 12 steps and $30 for each room. It took him about 2 minutes and 2 ounces from a quick spray jug doing only the central area of the 2 rooms and the 12 steps.
I would probably have them back because the carpet does look revived, but lesson learned on the cost of the stairs for the stain guard application and the small amount of spray that went into the rooms.

Aaron was great! We had scheduled to have air ducts cleaned at my parent's house and then mine. We both had more ducts than we thought, so he had extra work on his hands, but he was so understanding! Not only is he hardworking and very informative, he is such a nice person. L&N is lucky to have him on their team! The person I spoke with a few times on the phone was also very nice! Bonus points to the company providing wall corner protectors during cleaning and offering a treatment spray for our ducts. Our houses felt fresher right away, will definitely recommend L&N to our friends and family.

Aaron was our service provider for carpet and furniture cleaning yesterday and his service was top-notch. He was very professional and polite, he was knowledgeable about what we needed and our options, and his work was excellent. He took extra care to move things so he could clean under and around. He took his time on things. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. He was awesome! We always use L&N and will continue to do so in the future.
