The service tech did a great job and worked their tail off. The price was reasonable but I'm knocking off a star for them not communicating the additional "fuel charge" to me at anytime.

Tessa Cleaning service always does a great job for my home. They are considerate and thorough. They find items that have rolled under furniture and set them on the tables, clean every surface and straighten up rooms (fold blankets/towels, make beds dust blinds and picture frames and my kitchen is spotless). What I appreciated most recently was having had major surgery and was not able to move, they kindly and respectfully cleaned around me and asked first if it was ok. Victoria has always responded quickly with any text requests.

Hands down the best cleaning service we’ve tried in Grand Rapids! Victoria, Janelli and their team do excellent work. Highly recommend.

Tessa has been a welcome relief from multiple disappointing experiences. They show up as scheduled, on time and clean the our first floor on about 90 minutes. They consistently do a great job. The house sparkles when they’re done. Victoria is a great communicator, always letting me know what’s going on. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I cannot recommend Absolutely Clean Services enough! From the initial quote meeting to the service that was completed. I hired them to clean the inside and outside of all of my windows. I am super particular about streaks and smudges. A team of 4, very professional, young men arrived on time and began the work immediately. They worked together as a team like I’ve never witnessed before, they took pride in their work and they didn’t leave until they had double and triple checked all of my windows. I was totally impressed with the services I just received from Absolutely Clean Services. Our roof had moss growing on it. I knew that couldn't be good for it. Since my husband is no longer able to do anything around the house, I wasn't sure where to turn. I had the house, gutters, and roof cleaned. It looks amazing and the price was well worth not having the worry any longer. The gentlemen doing the job were fabulous and very conscientious in every aspect and respecting our property.

Thank you to the team that serviced our home. We had 3 Exceptional service technicians. They were polite, respectful, friendly, and most of all wanted us to have the best possible experience.
My home was not washed for 20 years (Time Fly’s) but they have removed all of the black spores, dust, dirt and grime. (Dust) yes, we live on a dirt road. In addition (Spores/green Algae)- also gone from the north face of the home.
Then:
We added the interior/exterior window cleaning! They were great! (Next day) window cleaning:
-We removed screens and labeled -and cleaned so they could get the window sills on the house cleaning (Personal Preference).
But all windows, jams were clean. (seriously they did a fantastic job)!

Sam was our tech and did two sides of our house that are shaded, 2-story, and northerly facing. I was able to do the rest of the house, but Absolute looked at our “small job”, gave me a fair price and did a great job. Came in short order, on time, and did a great job.

Absolutely Clean Services came to do some windows at Cornerstone University, and they did an awesome job! Very happy with the results and excited to use them again!
