I noticed after my carpets were cleaned that there was damage to some of our trim along the floor that was scratched and there was gouged pieces from the trim as well. Also had my air ducts cleaned and the crew didn't put the vent covers back on properly and bent them and some were not put back on at all. For the amount of money I paid to have this done I will never use this business again. It's sad that you cant trust people that you hire to do a good job.

Jon and Clayton were our technicians and they did a great job. They were respectful the whole time during the job and I was able to continue to do work I needed to get done. I appreciated their feedback on what they were finding as they cleaned our air ducts and carpet. My carpets looked renewed.

James and Lamont cleaned our ducts. Awesome job, they vacuumed every vent twice. The second time with brush. Even cleaned my furnace filter. Don't usually tip for services like this but did this time. They could have not done a better job. I was skeptical because of prior reviews. Very Happy.

Before L & N arrived right on time, our carpet was a mess. In less time than I thought possible, it looked absolutely wonderful again. I could not be happier with their quality services and they will be my first call next time I need serious, high quality, beyond reasonable expectations help with carpet. I am recommending them to family and friends because they are the real deal. So glad I contacted them! Their work is amazing and their prices are very fair. GREAT value. So glad I gave them a try.

Gerald did a great job on our carpets and was very friendly and personable. I had another company do our carpets a few years ago and I paid a lot more for far less. I am very pleased with L & N and will use them from now on!

I had my air ducts cleaned in early November after a construction project. The air ducts were pretty awful and I knew it would be a lot of work to get the job done right. The first crew that came out were on time, fast and courteous. Their methods, however were very ineffective. After they left I went around to check the cold air returns and they were all still dirty. We called them and asked them to come back and re-clean. The manager came out the next day and re-cleaned the ducts. While he was out here he said that the ducts just got dirty again because of the construction going on, but at this point in the project the only construction left was painting. That is just plain unprofessional to blame your poor performance on the house. Now, all cards in the table, I used to clean air ducts professionally and noticed that their crews never blocked off any ducts, never hooked up negative air in the system, never changed the furnace filter and never cleaned out the filter compartment. After the second cleaning, the ducts were visibly clean from what I could see without running a camera through them, but I have pulled out 2 filters in November and december that were caked with 1/2" or more dust. If the system had been cleaned properly, then these filters should have lasted 3 months each. We maintain a clean home, and the house was cleaned before the ducts were cleaned (except the paint supplies). The bottom line is L & N doesn't know what they are doing. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the first crew was courteous and they did come back to try to fix their mistake.

L&N is amazing. Gerald was extremely efficient, considerate, and friendly. Our carpets and furniture look like new! Highly recommend this company!

On time and my carpets look great! Only thing was they didn't use blocks and clean under coffee tables, recliner, or couch. I understand not moving the sectional, but the love seat could have been done.

My wife and I had L&N come out for a dryer vent cleaning. Gerald was kind, professional and answered all of our questions and even gave great tips. I recommend giving them a call for affordable work and saving yourself some money, and recieve quality service.

We were in the process of moving into a house and had a tall order of Air duck cleaning, dryer vent, carpet and 2 sofa's. I was surprised they only sent one guy to do ALL of that. The appointment time was 10am to 12 and he didn't leave until 4pm. He asked us for a ladder and we did not have our ladders moved to the house yet so, my husband had to go to a family members house to get a ladder for him. H was polite and did a decent job but, I felt bad for the kid. We are not impressed with the cleaning of the sofa's; he said they had to be dried cleaned which was basically a spot cleaning with a spray bottle. I could have done that saved 300.00 dollars. I have used L&N for years and have been very happy. I just think this was just too much work for one person.

WoW! What a 2 hour cleaning! Six hot air vents and 2 cold cost $377 with coupon. Modernist wanted $549, last call. Omg, Grant from L&N did a thorough job, was Very nice and courteous too. I took pictures because the house I bought was Dirty and Grant proved it. Thank You Grant! Awesome job! I recommend L&N!

John and Clayton arrive earlier than the original time which I was grateful for, they were very courteous and professional. They finished the job in a very timely manner! My carpet looks brand new and I am ready for my out of town company .

I told the service man that we had renovations done and I needed the drywall dust cleaned out of the master bedroom. 14 x 17. That’s all he needed to do.
I was told by the scheduler that I didn’t need to worry about the furniture I. The room. That the would move it. This guy didn’t move one thing. He did the rug around the furniture. I noticed and had my husband help me move the few things that were there so this guy could clean more if the carpet. He did a horrible job! And the furniture we moved was now sitting on wet carpeting and is now stained from the wood of the furniture. Other companies put plastic squares or foam squares underneath the furniture to prevent this from happening. What a terrible experience! I will be looking to give the deserved horrible review. No one should hire this company!

I’ve used L&N for years with decent results. The last couple of years we’ve upgraded to a more deep clean and other add ons due to getting a puppy. My only disappointment is the “lifetime customer ticket” price that was not honored. I guess a lifetime is limited to 2023. Locking down this price was one reason I stayed with this company, but plan to price compare next year.

Spoke with representative at Kzoo homeshow, rep quoted price and answered questions. My husband and I specifically asked if there was an extra charge for pet "issues". She asked how old our carpet was then explained that with their truck mounted equipment and extraction process, that wouldn't be needed. She also offered that we need to remove breakables and that they would move large furniture (she specifically mentioned the bed) from side to side to clean under it. We booked our appointment

The young man showed up to the appointment on time and was patient with my barking dogs. I took him to the area to be cleaned. He then suggested pretreatment for our dog "issues" for an additional $60+ and told me that he doesn't move any furniture with glass, entertainment centers or beds. I explained what the representative at the homeshow stated and he repeated the same as previous. I declined the pretreatment and my niece and I moved the furniture that we could as my husband had already gone to work.

I messaged them on FB, explaining the situation in an attempt to resolve the situation before I posted my dissatisfied reviews. They responded 22 hours later with an apology for the "miscommunication" and stated that, due to their insurance restrictions, they are unable to move entertainment centers, pianos and beds. They also mentioned that the representative at the home show has worked for them for more than 10 years And encouraged me to call if there was any need for re-do such as whicking after the carpet dries.

Very professional. My carpet came so clean. L &N was very clean and organized. I live the face he had my door open but he had a shield in the door so bugs couldn't get in. I will definitely be using them for a lifetime.
