Isaac and Seth were wonderful. They were polite and explained every step of the duct cleaning process to me. They took pictures of the vents before and after the cleaning and shared them with me. They were careful with their equipment to be sure that my house was not damaged by the hoses. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Isaac arrived on time. He is a very pleasant young man. I thought our bathroom vent needed cleaning as our bathroom was getting steamed up when using the shower. Isaac checked the vent for airflow and said the vent was not the problem and did not need cleaning. I greatly appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me a service I did not need. He did did not charge me for the diagnosis.
