Mike runs a great business with a professional staff. There’s no need to feel worried if you use SDC- they’re awesome. I’d strongly recommend them!
Oh, and they took care not to damage my walls by putting in plastic corner guards.

Our 83 year old home had never had the ducts cleaned. The amount of dust and debris they cleaned out was astounding and gross! It changed the air quality in the house and I'm less congested in the morning. They did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend Supreme.

Supreme Duct Cleaning is a father/ son owned and operated business that provided us an effective and respectful service. Our house had a strong rotten pungent scent that would come and go throughout the ventilation that is now gone thanks to Ted and his father. They took off their shoes when walking through the house/ laid down blankets in shoe worn areas, provided clear direction and explanation, cleaned up after themselves and even treated our air with an essential oil based steam that left our house smelling like fresh lemons for about a week.

Ted and Tim did a fantastic job. The tools and techniques they use are industry best practice and left my "house" feeling like a "home". After a friendly 10-minute estimate, they provided a quote within a day and were able to get me in their schedule in under 2 weeks. They plugged all holes, protected my furnace, and showed me all the gunk they pulled out of my ducts. Easy to work with.

Stellar Start! I am a vendor advocate manager for a commercial facilities maintenance company. One of my customers in Michigan requested a vendor that was able to do both a repair and schedule preventive maintenance on all of their refrigeration equipment. Kevin Hastings, the Sales Engineer, completely made my day today! He was professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. Best of all was his communication; he was very quick to respond to my messages. It is a very rare and wonderful thing for a new vendor to turn in all of their paperwork on the same day, but Kevin was able to pull it off, which helped me to respond more quickly to my customer. We contacted Keys Refrigeration regarding a water bottle fountain that had been dripping water.

Tech #1 was not able to resolve the issue and when he was putting the board back into place, I heard a pop noise, and the unit went dark. The tech said that the board was bad.

Tech #2 came and replaced the “bad” board and in the process, the sensor stopped working suddenly now they want to replace that, and the original issue was still unresolved. Before this tech, the sensor was working fine.

I called their office and was able to speak with a supervisor, and he said that he would personally come and take care of it. He did and was in and out in one hour.

We received our invoice, and they are billing us for all three trips and labor when they did not even resolve the issues on the first two trips but broke more things while here. They also were trying to bill for additional labor hours that the techs were not on site for they sat in their vans. We are even being billed for "parking" when we offered the tech to park in our lot. The invoice total is equal to an entirely new water bottle filler.

I am waiting for a call back from a manager to resolve this issue. If they make it right, I will update this review.

Be careful with this people 4 months ago I contract them to fix my business freezer which just needs a refrigerant refill and fix the leak , after they recharge it they told me that my freezer has more problem he told me something like mojo in the sistem ,and he tried to charge me 2000 to fix it and I told him That I going to fix it later because I wasn’t fill convinced,but today just for fan I put all the stuff he takes out I sorprised my freezer is working fine I think he just tried to charge unnecessary money

My experience with Delta T was great. Communication was clear, and quick throughout the entire process. Brandon was everything I would expect out of a professional, and was great at answering all of our questions. Our AC was starting to act up and Brandon was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. With winter coming up we also wanted to make sure our furnace was in good working order. We were just as pleased with that service as well. Service was efficient, professional, and quick all at a fair and honest price. I strongly recommend Delta T for your heating and cooling needs. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Delta T always comes through quickly and professionally. Third time in the last 2 years I’ve had to call for different issues. Always consistent.

Brandon was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable and work is top tier! Having him out in a few weeks to do a tune up to the unit aswell! Will absolutely be using Delta T again!
