In the midst of a Fourth of July holiday heatwave, Jordan made an emergency visit to investigate the lack of cold not emanating from our central air. Long story short: We needed a new compressor.

Three days later, not only was the new compressor installed but several add-ons that we requested such as an upgrade on our thermostat and condensation router got done.

Jordan and his assistant Adam made our day....heck, they made our SUMMER! Due to a defect there was an issue with a water tray but Jordan was on it and that problem got nipped in the bud.

His dogged determination and ethics were on full display from the preliminary call to his insuring everything was up and running after all was said and completed.

Our sincere appreciation to every aspect Jordan and his team have called attention to and their above board professionalism. Special shout out to Jess who coordinated much of the logistics.

Jordan came out to our house and immediately knew where the problem was! He talked me through the whole process to me understand exactly what was going on and how he fixed and how it can be found in the future. My hot water heater went out on a Wednesday & Jordan was at my house at 8AM with a replacement the next day. I had called around to some of the larger service companies and their quotes were beyond what I wanted to invest. Jordan was the least expensive but definitely did not skip on the quality of the hot water heater or the installation.
