The A/C went out and not only was Jordan there same day to provide a quote, but his was significantly lower than two other well known companies, and his quote came with a 10 year warranty on both parts and labor (vs 1 year warranty labor / 10 year parts with the other guys). He made the entire process easy and was there the next morning to install. Highly highly recommend.

Jordan came over to fix our mini split and did an amazing job! He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, worked quickly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Seth came and looked at my unit today. He advised that the furnace is in good working order and needs a cleaning. The previous company GRapids who came out in August after I purchased the home, told me and wrote up a service order full of supposed issues.

The only thing that threw me for a loop with this company was that I was not advised there was a service charge for the visit. Granted, typically there is, but nothing was mentioned with initial contact, only that he'd send someone over this morning. Imagine my surprise when I heard "it'll be $125?" I am grateful that he reduced it by the $25 due to me never knowing that the service call would cost before the visit.

Other than, clear and concise info was given regarding my furnace unit.

I went on Facebook seeking a second opinion on our furnace because we were told that we needed a new heat exchange by a well known company. Jordan responded to my message, brought his equipment, and professionally tested our furnace. We did not go by just his words, but the equipment told us all that we needed to know. Our furnace was just fine. Be careful out there people. They want your money that's in your pocket. Thank God for Jordan's company that came out and showed us. I called Little’s Heating and Cooling at 5:16am after our water heater broke and flooded the basement. Jordan’s team answered the phone immediately and put my mind at ease. Jordan’s team went over pricing with me in the moment for a same day install and said that Jordan would be in touch with me shortly. Within not even 30 minutes, Jordan was calling my phone and setting up a time to bring the new water heater. His team’s speed, kindness, and honesty made a difficult situation so much easier. Our AC unit went out on the hottest weekend of the summer! Jordan was able to get out to us within a matter of days to replace it. When our furnace went out 3 months later we called Jordan up right away!
