I had a blast poking around and finding all kinds of cool stuff. Some I had no clue as to use or what it was...so fun. Bought a lovely candy dish that match footins on antique Chrystal lamps. Also great cat and guy behind counter.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We purchased basement bar cabinets, 3 of which were clearly damaged upon delivery, in addition to some trim pieces. One cabinet door had a scratch that was filled with wood putty and re-stained. Several other areas looked scratched and painted over. They replaced the damaged pieces, after which the second round of cabinets were delivered with the boxes torn and damaged. One replacement cabinet had a chunk missing. Cabinets were delivered and placed upside down on my garage floor. Then the rep comes out and tells us to just take the damaged cabinet because "no one will see it anyway," and then tells us regarding the first damaged cabinet that he would have just glued it back together and used it because this type of damage happens all of the time. WOW. Just WOW. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase cabinets from this distributor again.

My wife and I scheduled a pickup of a few cabinets, that we couldn't use, after changing our design concept. I totally forgot to leave the cabinets in the garage prior to leaving out of town. Bradley (not sure of his last name) came to an empty garage. Not only did he call with the most positive attitude, he offered to grab the cabinets from the area that was around back, and under construction. I offered to cashapp a tip, and he denied it while saying "this happens sometimes". Incredible work, incredible service, and what an incredible experience. Thank you so much. I wish I could give 15 stars!

Bought cabinets for my customers and one of the five base cabinets was incorrect from the factory. Waited 9 weeks for an “expedited” new cabinet. Customer changed their mind on the size and style of the upper cabinets part way through, but of the two new cabinets, one was the wrong cabinet again. So on the shipment of new cabinets, two out of three were incorrect. As well as missing scribe molding, extra crown which wasn’t ordered, and no touch up kit. I will NEVER consider Williams Distributing for a project again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired a contractor for a full kitchen remodel, and based on his existing relationship with Williams, we were referred to work with Marybeth. She came to our home, discussed our needs, and took measurements.

Unfortunately, almost every aspect of our cabinet order was incorrect. The measurements were off, the wrong cabinet styles and sizes were delivered, and even the blind corner cabinet insert was not what we discussed. When we brought these issues to their attention, we were met with dismissiveness rather than accountability—at one point being told we "didn’t know what we were talking about."

Despite acknowledging their mistakes, Williams has made no effort to resolve the situation proactively or even issue an apology. We’ve now been waiting over 13 weeks for replacement cabinets, and when they were finally installed this week, they were still incorrect.

While we understand that errors can happen, the consistent lack of communication, accountability, and quality control from this company has been incredibly frustrating. We cannot recommend Williams based on our experience.

What a great experience! We stopped in to look at cabinets and countertops for a kitchen make over and Maddi helped us not only find the cabinets we wanted, she went the extra mile by "redesigning" the kitchen by putting the pantry in a different location and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Maddi also saw that we weren't excited about any of the countertops we were looking at and went to a different area and brought back a counter sample that she said she used in her own home. It was PERFECT, exactly what we were looking for. Maddi delivered outstanding customer service (not to mention she is super nice). I would recommend her and Williams Distributing a hundred times over! Great work everyone - we love our kitchen!

Went to Williams for a kitchen 5 weeks ago. met with a nice young lady, picked out cabinets, picked out sink etc. made many upgrades, gave her drawings, contact info etc. Left needing to send appliance information. Sent that two days later. Called twice since asking for verification that email and needed information was received. Cannot get a call back or verification that email was received. Never received a quote, nothing. VERY POOR customer service after we left. Guess my money is not green enough to do business with them. Was prepared to order. my money and business will go elsewhere. Poor job Williams, very poor....

Great for HVAC contractors they have a wide variety of inventory.

I started seeing issues on my garage door. I have Wayne Dalton garage doors and saw customer service number on the label. I called that number and they told me that Williams Distributing installed my garage and asked me to contact them. This is actually true because I saw Williams Distributing labels on the doors as well. I tried calling Livonia and Pontiac offices, they told me to contact Grand Rapids location. I tried calling them at least 5 times and no one would answer my call. Left multiple messages still no response. Then as a final try, I went to their website and left a message from site. Still no response. What a crappy junk company this one is. I will never recommend anybody to go with this unprofessional company.

Fixed what 4 other companies tried to fix. We had a walk-in cooler that kept breaking down. Had 4 other companies work on it with the same problem returning. We got ARTS refrigeration to look at it and they fixed it. And for a very reasonable price. They do not fool around!

Started using Art's on the recommendation of another local business owner. They are very prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable and very competitive on their pricing. They are my go-to for all my refrigeration repairs.
