This was my first time to use Vander Hyde. I was very impressed with Steven Klein, the technician who came to our house. He is kind, knowledgeable, and professional and was able to answer our questions and give us some good ideas on how to proceed in fixing our problem. I'll definitely want to go with Vander Hyde for our future plumbing needs.

Our Furnace started acting up . We had it evaluated by 3 different reputable companies . Vander Hyde Service was the best . They replaced the furnace and thermostats. Work completed on time. They communicated about every step .

Had Quinntin come out to take a look at my generator. Explained things well, tried a few things to stretch my dollar as far as he could and was able to give me honest feedback without forcing extra things. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Quick scheduling for service call when it wasn’t an emergency. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Found cause of our backyard outdoor outlets shutting themselves off and on “randomly” (hidden inside garage outlet triggering). One outlet is in moderate to poor shape and gave us estimate to replace in future. Would recommend technician and company highly.

Vanderhyde responded quickly to my initial inquiry about replacing a water heater. They found a solution to a problem we didn’t even know we had. When I signed the contract they were out first thing the next business day. Kolton was friendly and professional. The job only took a little over two hours. He was careful to explain things before he left. There was minimal fuss and disruption. We are extremely satisfied.

Generator Preventative Maintenance- Technician was very clean and organized. He provided excellent service and was very informative. He also found an issue and took care of it immediately with my permission leaving my generator like it was brand new again. Highly recommend.

The tech Gavin was great. Very friendly and helpful. Over all, I'm happy I have heat. The only issue I had is that nothing was taken off the cost of the service call when having the work performed. So, a little on the pricey side.

We had a great experience with VanderHyde. Their texting system made it incredibly easy to reach out, and they responded to our inquiry within minutes. We thought our water heater was failing, but they were able to schedule an appointment just a few hours later to take a look. Andrew arrived promptly and was kind, honest, and thorough. He quickly identified the real issue and suggesting what he would do to prevent further issues while also noting he would need to get the parts, so the install would be the following day.

Bryson was very professional and completed the job really quickly. When he initially showed up my issue seemed to have resolved itself. Bryson was doing his best to not just guess at what the problem was and charge me and do some work just in case. Ultimately we came to the conclusion I needed another circuit ran and he completed it very quickly and it has been working flawless since. Thank you Bryson.

Kevin M was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and kind while repairing our furnace. He had to go up onto our snow covered roof on our warehouse to get to the unit and was happy to help us out.
