Just a routine service to check on a short cycling system. They came and fixed the issue also noting the age of the system and that we are almost certainly due for a new one (43 years). They were professional and we are warm again… for now!

Fixed my heater, found the problem quickly, and fixed it. Even showed me pictures of the spiderweb problem that was blocking my heat. He was very easy to talk too, and very polite. I'd ask for him again , should I have another issue

Very professional service. I had all the water and drain lines replaced. Job was done quickly and completely in the time framewe agreed upon. They always asked if I had any questions or concerns.

Another HVAC company in town - large company - came to diagnose an issue with 10 yr old furnace. They said we needed a new furnace due to a crack in the primary exchanger. When I asked to see the rivet he showed a picture of a “stress crack on a Rivet.” They slapped a red tag on the furnace and said not to use it because of the carbon monoxide risk. Started showing us new furnaces with monthly payment schedules and said “I have one reserved for you for Monday.” Used car salesman. The issued ended up being a thermostat problem. Called Vader Hyde on rec from a friend. Gavin came out and said the furnace was 100% fine - some corrosion but nothing wrong with the system. Showed me everything he was looking at including the rivet the other company flagged. DO NOT USE ANYBODY ELSE but Vander Hyde. No joke.

BOOM! Just wanted to share a review on our boiler system. For years we've had problems with it for the fact that it is old, and pretty much outdated. Everyone always suggested that we needed to buy a new one. Jeff came out and pretty much tore out all the lines, pipes and etc. He was very professional and very artistic on putting it back together. He had limited space and it was fun watching him work his magic putting everything back together like a puzzle. I would highly recommend him and the company.

It makes NO Sense for people to pay 100 bucks just to get a quote. What will a tech do to fully functioning water heater? People are penalized for being proactive to keep up with the maintenance. It is one way way to keep people away.
