These guys wanted me to leave my home unlocked so they could get into work on my furnace. Someone I don't know or trust because they have to be back at office by 3:30 pm.i ask do people really do that? I was told if you want it fixed. How poor is that!!!

Lapham has always been fair to me. I've used them for multiple projects and for service work. Good people to do business with.

Hard to get them to answer the phone, and even harder to get a phone call returned after leaving a message. Have used them in the past, and the work is okay. They did charge $100.00 for a service call where they were unable to fix an issue. Kinda high for 5 minutes for a look-see, and short 10 min. drive out to house.

Still finding and fixing their mistakes, months after they replaced our entire HVAC system. Just found that we were heating and cooling our attic space. They were Inexperienced and very slow. Wish I could give zero stars.

My ac stopped working July 1, they said that they would be out sometime before 5pm. The repair man was here in about 15 minutes. To me they are the best in the area.

When the owner breaches his contract on warranty parts and labor and says he doesn't care and that he's been sued by better people, it speaks volumes. Never should have given them the time of day. Compressor failed on a geo thermal system. The most expensive part of the system. Within its warranty period, and he refused to honor the warranty. Never again. And hopefully never to begin with for anyone reading this.

We have used Lapham for years,from a new boiler in our home to attic central air blower unit, new thermostats, water heater and yearly maintenance in our home. We highly recommend them to get the job done, done right!! Always on time friendly and explains everything.

We built our house 3 years ago and Lapham was hired by our builder. The level of unprofessionalism from the HVAC installers was only the beginning of our problems with this company. Swearing and yelling from our basement while they were installing our HVAC system in the basement, no communication from the company or workers regarding time frames and questions we had along the way. The owner and secretary were both rude when issues were brought to their attention. The installers attempted to put several vents in doorway openings, forgot to put a vent in our master bath, put a vent in the closet instead. Installed the thermostat in the most convenient for them place, but is terrible for regulating the house temperature as it’s in a hallway near a door and not in the main living space. The first summer we attempted to use the AC, we found out they never hooked the unit up. Their secretary was very rude and blamed us for the problem until they discovered what had happened. At year one, the next summer, our AC unit broke and needed to be repaired. We were charged several hundred dollars for a service call. Now at year 3, the AC unit is broke again! I will NEVER use this company for any future needs again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Save yourself all the headaches.

Very responsive, I called on Thursday to get our hot water heater replaced, and they were there on Good Friday at 8:00 am. They finished and were out the door by 9:30 am. When I got Home at 5:00pm, found the LP gas line had a leak and was leaking all day! Thank God it was warm, and the furnace did not come on, it could have been a very big problem! After an "after hours" call - they had it fixed within the hour.

I was pretty nervous needing a new furnace I didn't know exactly what to expect but I am very happy with the work Lapham did. They were professional, explained things easily and were well priced. Our experience has been great all they way from inital calls to the work performed.

From 2007 through 2012 or 2013? I've had Lapham out several times and even when I didn't have a lot of money they worked with me and it was not expensive. My old house leaked water into the basement causing a lot of furnace problems. They suggested a modification, raised the furnace on blocks, raised ducting slightly and vent tube. This modification caused the furnace issues to go away. Since then I've had no more issues. In my book they are service oriented and top notch people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Lapham has worked for us since we moved to Plainwell in 2000. Always on the spot, friendly, professional and respectful. We highly recommend Lapham.

Highly recommend. We arrived home to find our furnace was not functioning. One call, after hours, to Lapham and someone was there 30 minutes later taking care of the issue. The technician was polite, professional, and even friendly working on a Friday night. I have never had experience with Lapham prior to this, but was VERY happy with their service. Thank you Paul!
