After installation had them out for a check up. Had water on the floor after they left and assumed a spill occurred. Next day more water. They had forgotten to hook up a hose. Called a while later asking about a switch position on the humidifier. Had to leave a message during business hours. After no response in 2 weeks called back. Said they got the message but forgot me. Promised to call back that day. 3 days later I called again. Next day I received an answer. Our fireplace is only 2 years old and inoperable. Out of warranty and now need a $575 part. Very poor service after the sale. Unfortunately we have their Napoleon brand furnace, A/C and fireplace. Do not recommend that brand at all. Very disappointed in what we received for what we paid. Asked the builder for help to just talk to a tech and not the office girl who is not very friendly and was promised a call from a tech. Been 2 weeks and no call yet. Good luck if you opt to use these guys.

I have used Lapham for several years now. Always responsive, always on time, always give honest evaluations. There is no better thing than an honest to goodness trade business and Lapham is top notch. I just recommended them to my girlfriend's elderly mother who got a rip-off quote from another business. Lapham was half the price and I know they will do the project right. Thank you for being such a great business and providing outstanding service.

Been using Lapham for years, they do an awesome job. Furnace was down, gave them a call and 2 hours later tech was at our home and the furnace was back up and running. Thank you lapham for servicing us for years and years. Can't recommend them enough!

Our furnace was making strange noises. The technician quickly diagnosed a worn part and replaced it. Professional, quick, and very reasonably priced. Glad to have found such a competent team.

I called Grand Rapids Heating & Cooling for an urgent AC issue. They arrived within hours and fixed it quickly. The technician was courteous, clean, and efficient. Their prices were transparent with no surprises. Very reliable company—I’ll definitely be calling them again.

Was on my way to work and van 317 pulled out in front of me with way too little room. Then as i was behind him he threw trash out of their window into the road. Terrible drivers, terrible people. I would not recommend them.

Driver of truck 521 just whipped us the bird because we were going to slow on the East Beltline on a frozen snowy morning. Just trying to get to a medical appointment we couldn't miss. So sorry we inconvenienced you. This did not feel like "positive service" to me.

One of your drivers tailgated me for about six miles and then proceeded to speed past me going at least ten over the speed limit in a 35 mph zone in Lowell.

Tim is a great guy to work with and I saved money versus using a different company.

The guys were in and out in 5 hours. You would not know they were even here there was so little interruption. Great instructions after installation.

Winter 2017: They installed all HVAC in our new Engelsma Home. Now when I requested service I keep getting bumped off the schedule. They have not followed up with me to reschedule.

September 2017: Same scenario, Called for service, they refuse to just schedule an appointment, instead...be home after 4. Get a Email...can't make it...be home after 1:30...no show again and not even an email/phone call or anything.

I came home from work early 2 days in a row so I could be here for them.

This is the most un-professional company that I have run across and they are an embarrassment to the Engelsma name. Do not use this company!

I bought a furnace from here and it was a very pleasant experance. The install was one of the best I have ever seen. After a year the blower motor went bad. I got it replaced and with minimal cost. This is a great place to get your home heating and air conditioning from.

I definitely recommend Engelsma Heating and Air Conditioning. Bought my furnace and a/c from them few years ago and maintenance service has been great
