Wasko Sewer came to my home and unclogged my main sewer drain. They showed up, with the proper drain snake. ( SERVICE PROFESSOR CAME OUT AND LEFT ME IN WORST SHAPE WITH STANDING WATER. I ASKED SERVICE PROFESSOR,. TO COME WITH A 150 FOOT DRAIN SNAKE.( NO WAY) THEY SHOWED UP WITH 100 FOOT SNAKE. SERVICE PROFESSOR, COULD NOT DO THE JOB. I PAID BIG $ TO THEM FOR NOTHING.) Wasko sewer, did a Fantastic job. they were Awesome and the cost was less. Thank you, very much WASKO SEWER .(NICE WORK) YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. Awesome fast service. Larry did his part clearing out my clogged line and also contacted the city because there were issues on their end. The city people came out right away and repaired my drain.

Larry was quick to call us back and to get to our house (within 24 hours). He explained to us what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend.

Recommended by my plumber for my clogged kitchen sink...called them first thing Monday morning, got an appt window of 11AM to 1PM...then Mike called and said he could be here at 1015 or so...showed up as he said he would, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less then 30 minutes! Completely satisfied by this "West Side" Grand Rapids business!!
