Wasco was fantastic. Same day service, worked to my schedule. Fast, friendly professional service. Very fair price. Tended to all the details. They will now be my go-to for and drain related services.

Wasko cleaned out my sewer line from the house to the street, for under $300. Very happy with the job, cleaned up everything and were out in just over 1.5 hours. Very satisfied.

The person I spoke with became very defensive when asking him to clarify why there was a chance for his plumber to not be able to complete the job all while still being expected to pay for it. He did not like being questioned about their services or how they can assure me that things would be done correctly. I would not trust a company that responds in this manner when only asking nicely to explain why and how I can be assured the job would be done right.

I had blockage that was slowing down my drain. I called over the weekend and they got back to me first thing Monday. They promptly came over the next day and it was done in an hour. They also gave me some best practices and tips on how to keep my drains clear. They're incredibly helpful and affordable. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I'll be calling them.

Have had Wasco out to my house a couple of different times and they have always done a great job!! Honest and reasonably priced. Discovered water in my basement last night. Called Wasco shortly before 9 am and Larry was here by 10:30. Cleaned the roots out and also gave me advice on taking care of the pipes. Also, filled out a postcard that Wasco will send to me as a reminder to have them come out and clean the lines before there is a backup at a discounted rate and they guarantee the work they do for a year! Highly recommend!!!

Had the pleasure of experiencing a backed up floor drain in our "new-old" home (1950's). I called and spoke with Mike, the owner at about 8am. He explained everything very thoroughly as far as why I was experiencing the backup. By 5pm the same day I had a completely cleared up drain. Highly recommended!

Our company always uses Wasko for any of our rental properties that get backed up sewers. They are affordable and do a great job within a short time frame. They are also friendly to all the tenants and we have never received one complaint about their service. Very glad we found this company!

This is one of the most honest and best companies in Grand Rapids. We had a sewer back up and first called another company that said it would cost $96 for them to come out and give an estimate. They came out and gave us a quote for $2,000. I told them no and lost $96. Then I called Wasko Sewer Service. They came out, quoted $320 and did a great job. I think the first company may be running a ruse as they probably make as much money by going around giving ridiculous quotes, collect a quick $96 and go off and do it again.

Do yourself a favor and call them instead of the big name Roto-Rooter places. Roto-rooter told us our sewer line was broken and that we needed their Excavation Expert to come out and quote replacing the line. Called Wasko for a second opinion, and they were able to clear the entire line in an hour for less than $400, and said the sewer line looked good! They saved us THOUSANDS in unneeded sewage line replacement!

They are nothing but professional and saved me thousands (after dealing with Service Professor). They will tell you the real and not try to sell you wolf tickets! Glad I found them again!!!

I never write reviews but I have to say after dealing with really bad contractors this past year on 2 remodels; I wish I would have found Wasko sooner! We had a sewer back up at one of our rentals and Larry came out and got it done at a Very reasonable price. Very professional! Don't call anyone else....trust me....I have used them all I swear!

Absolutely amazing service! Fair, honest, fast, and affordable! The technician that came to my house, Larry was very skilled in his trade, and made short work of the serious root problem I had lurking beneath my house. He was polite and courteous, and left no mess at all. Highly impressed! They don't try to sell you on other things you don't need like some of the other companies around here. I know who I will be calling for all future needs!

Tub drain was backing up badly on us. I called Wasko on a Wednesday, and they were here the next day at noon. Mike told me between 12-1 he would be here and was here at 11:55. He was very professional and friendly. Unclogged the drain and even recommended and installed a drain stop/plug for us. Everything was much less than I expected for costs. I could not recommend this company enough based on my experience! 5/5 stars and will be my first call if anything comes up in the future.

I'm a relatively new homeowner of a 95 year old, classic GR home who had a feeling I was getting manipulated by another company (Vredevoogd) regarding my slow drains. They came over, looked at the pipes in the basement, and told me the only solution was an 11 THOUSAND dollar full system replace. I called Mike from Wasko out as a second opinion and he had the entire system snaked, cleaned, and working beautifully in 30 minutes for $200. He even repaired my slow flushing toilet without me remembering to mention it. I'm thrilled and would recommend this company 1,000 times over.

I cannot say enough good things. We had a more chain-like company initially come out and were left discouraged and budgeting for a $$$ fix. Wasko fixed the issue entirely for an incredibly reasonable price, with a 1 year guarantee!! Our basement drain had been backing up and as first time homeowners we had no clue where to turn. These gentleman were respectful, efficient, and reasonable.

Had a slow main line, got it cleaned out. Very professional and clean. I’ll be seeing them every 18 months for preventative clean out.

Outstanding company! I'm a new homeowner and I was having concerns about my sewer. Mike & Larry came to my house and helped me with all my concerns. Took time to genuinely listen and then teach and offer advice.

Larry and Mike just cleared our blockage in less than an hour! Wasko's big name competitors were a nightmare comparatively. They brought the right tools to fix my issue at a very fair price.

We were on day THREE (3) without drainage! Thousands of dollars could have been saved if we had called Wasko sooner.
