We thought there was a sewer line problem because we had water on floors in the basement.
The Whitey service guy was very professional and solved the problem which was a clogged laundry drain.

Andrew did a great job fixing our home water issue we had. He got it figure everything out in less than an hour. Expert at what he does. Highly recommended.

Not a great experience with them. The day they were to come out, they canceled on us, then we had to reschedule, taking 2 entire days off because the window of time was so huge for both days. When they finally came out to look at the furnace, they said they had to order the part, left and said they would contact us. They just sent us a text a few weeks later with an appointment day again, very large window so another day off of work, then when the same guy came, he forgot that he was the guy who was there to diagnose initially, and forgot what he was there to do. I guess “the part they needed to order”, he just ran out to get that day and then install, so what were we waiting all that time for then? Very unorganized and chaotic, lengthy and time consuming process just to get one part replaced that apparently could’ve been gotten in less than an hour and installed. Crazy.

Andrew E. was very efficient and kind while helping us fix a toilet leak. He was nice to our dog, which earned him bonus points 😊 Unfortunately, Andrew had to come out because Rick W didn’t fix our issue the first time. Rick didn’t seem to look carefully and thoroughly enough at the leak.

I had andrew come out and I received the best service! He did excellent work and made sure all my plumbing needs were taken care of. He walked me through everything that was going on and what he was going to do. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Whitney services and asking for Andrew again if needed!

I hired this company to install duct work on a property. I asked them to pull a permit as it was needed and an inspection was required before I could install drywall. I told them I was in a hurry as the house needed to get an occupancy permit asap They told me it would take a week to complete. At the end of that week the project was not completed and there installer was on vacation for the next week. Apparently they only have one person

I was told the installer would return the week after he returned from vacation on a Wednesday. Guess what? No one showed up, I waited around all day on the project when I could have been at work. I received an email that someone would be there the following week on a Wednesday and again no one showed up. Again a day away from work waiting and a no show.

So at this point we are several weeks out waiting so we could install drywall.

Finally someone showed up a week later at 3pm and stayed for 30 minutes then said they had to go to the office and pick up materials and they never came back.

I had another company come and check there work and found out that all the floor units installed were installed incorrectly. They used the wrong exhaust fan duct that would not pass code and two of the ducts had fallen back down in the crawl space as they were never connected.

Needless to say to say this company caused me about a month and a week of lost time. Did the project incorrectly were fired by me.

And here is the kicker they sent me the final invoice as if they had completed the project.

Don’t make my mistake, get reviews ask questions

Now I have to pay my attorney to resolve this matter just not worth it.

I use a warranty service for repairs and unfortunately if you need emergency plumbing this is the only company the warranty service works with in GR. Sewer line is backed up and they were out here 3 weeks ago for same issue. First time was 48hrs to get them out to my home. Still waiting 6hrs later for scheduling to call me. Emergency service scheduled for 48hrs. 24 hour services is misleading. Only thing that is 24 hours is the virtual assistant Valerie, who takes messages.

Rick was friendly, talked me through what he was seeing for the flush and made sure all related plumbing fixtures were working correctly, no problems.

Rick came out within a day of me setting up my appointment and it was done within 20 minutes! He was very friendly and would definitely recommend them again!

Excellent service! The technician Cecile Greene installed my ceiling fans quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly and the area was left clean. Highly recommend!

The company installed a hot water heater without pulling a permit as required by the city. My property wouldn’t pass inspection without it. I asked them to do it and they tried to charge me a $300 “convenience fee.” I told the city and they said the cost is actually $73, and it can be done online. I called about a half dozen times before anyone responded to me. I said I’d pay $73. They’re refusing to do it unless I pay them $185, which includes an “administrative fee.”

Andrew was phenomenal!! I couldn't be happier with his service and repair results. Very personable, friendly and explained the issues and fixes thoroughly so that I understood them. I also signed up for the Whitney Services Base Plan. This is now my go-to company. Thank you, Andrew!!

We had Rick come in and fix the toilet. He was very kind when he came, had a great attitude while working and talking to us. He finished up very quick and triple checked his work. Overall 10/10 experience, Rick is the guy to get it done!
