Frank did such a great job fixing our heater! Having the heat go out in the winter is stressful, but this was our second time having Frank over to fix an issue at our house over the years and we knew we were in good hands. Both times he did an amazing job!

Amazingly fast response to clear the pipe for the kitchen sink. I called and he was here in less than half an hour. Explained what was needed and he did it in quick time. He was nice and helpful. Would definitely use Penning for all my plumbing needs.

A different plumbing company said they had to cut drywall in finished basement and replace a clogged drain. Adam worked very hard clearing the existing pipe. That saved me thousands of dollars. Second visit by Penning. Completely satisfied with their courteous and professional service.

Brad came out diagnosed the problem and cleared the drain. Brad was very informative about the situation and gave us options for future issues if they should arise.
Would 100% hire him again if needed.

I called this company to try and get service for a boiler in my adult foster care home, they weren't sure if they could make it out to use today but said they could put me in line and see if it's possible. Because they weren't sure if I could be services and I have an At risk population I kept calling around, i called them again not realizing I had already talked to them and the receptionist was incredibly rude asking if I was calling around and if I was she would completely remove me from the potential schedule. I asked if they could get to me today and she still stated they could not make any guarantees but if I was going to call around I would be removed and they would not try to help. This behavior is unacceptable towards customers and I cannot keep a vulnerable population waiting in a "maybe". I canceled and will not use this company due to the receptionist. That is not a way to treat any customers or people trying to use this company. I'm going with a different company because of her.

Brad was very professional, courteous and friendly. He answered questions and made recommendations that helped me based upon my budget. I highly recommend asking for him by name.

Had fiber optics come thru and installed vocable thru our main drain pipe. Didnt know until researched further. Brad was very helpful in contacting our township utilities people and getting them out to inspect after I dug up my front yard to give them video evidence of what caused this. All of brads equipment used helped me greatly in being able to locate the break.

Great service. Came out same day and finish a large project. They were kind about pets and not tearing everything apart. Will call again

Adam came out for our one year inspection on our water heater. Adam is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the plumbing business. He inspected the water heater, and found one item that needed to be replaced. He answered all of my questions that I had regarding Plumbing issues throughout the house. I would highly recommend Adam for all of your plumbing needs. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. Job well done Adam.

Frank was so knowledgeable and fully explained each cost/service choice without insistence for more expensive options. He worked quickly and quietly without disruption to our household. Once complete, he showed the work and explained each repair.

I had problems with my furnace during a snowstorm and Darrel made the trek through the weather to help me out very quickly. He diagnosed and fixed our issue, and even walked me through what was happening. He was even kind enough to let my curious toddlers watch him work. Great experience.
