They did a water heater for me recently, and some ductwork. Good work, but seemed expensive. I had to nag them a bit to make sure the permit process was moving along, otherwise I would have give. 4 stars. Brad was a very helpful technician.

Brad was great! All that was needed was an adjustment to the shower faucet for the hot water. And it was no charge! Friendly and great service.

Do not use these people. Terribly overpriced, installs years old equipment and sells it as new, and customer service will not care. My furnace which was installed 6 months ago has broken down 3 times now, and they will not come to fix it on the weekend. Go to any other hvac place where you will get a cheaper price and someone will come to fix it under warranty immediately

Really disappointed that they quoted me $700 to change out a cartridge in a shower valve. I ended up getting the cartridge off Amazon for $89.00 and put it in myself in about 15 minutes.

The plumber who showed up was on time and very professional so I gave two stars.

Darrel did a fantastic job! We had a big sump pump mess. Darrel came out right away got things under control and fixed the problem in no time. Really appreciate it! Highly recommend.

Came out same day as I called. Frank was informative and efficient. Pricing was based on a "package deal". For what was done it was a little pricey but everything cost more these days. Highly recommend. Before and after photos below.

Fabulous experience with Penning Plumbing, our technician Adam was very thorough, explained everything. BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIX OUR ISSUE. Ask lots of questions before agreeing to any of their package deals.

Brad was dispatched to our home to fix a water heating issue. He was not only knowledgeable but took the time to explain the problem we were facing. He got us back up and running in no time!

Penning Plumber was prompt and friendly, and rushed right over when I discovered a leak on my water heater gas line.

Call this company penny plumbing they were on their way to help with our heat, and brad was dispatched to us and he called and walked me through a few things to check before he would come out on sunday and charge us a big service fee. With his help we were able to recter the problem and take care of it over the phone thank u brad. Ardis ingersoll.
