Awesome service! Our boiler would not start up and we have a newborn in a freezing house. The employee that typically does these jobs was booked for a week, so Paul, the owner, came out within a few hours and stayed well past normal business hours until we had heat again. We would definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing!
They typically have appointments available within a couple days if not the day of. They are fast, professional, and effective. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they have done! They are also very reasonably priced and extremely courteous.

Very happy customer! From the initial call that was answered quickly by an actual person, set up my appointment at a time that worked for me, tech (Joe) that came out and adjusted my gas line did an excellent job, was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On 01/02/20024 my heating unit was not giving out hot air.

I call Kentwood Plumbing and Heating, as I have used them before for both heating and cooling for the past 15 years. The dispatcher said he could have technician there in the next few hours between 10:00 am and noon.

The technician fixed the problem by replacing the flame sensor.

The bill was less than $150.00 and was my heating unit was up and running by 11:00 am.

These guys are awesome, and I highly recommend them! A bunch of things went wrong in my apartment and building at the same time, and my landlord had Kentwood come out. They installed a new furnace, quality checked and fixed the installation of a new stove/old gas lines, replaced some old rotting pipes they discovered, and I’m sure there was more. Everyone that came out was respectful, considerate, focused, and did a great job. I only got two names (Christian and Pete) and they were great, along with seriously everyone else on the team that came out over a few days’ time. Everything is working again — I have heat, my stove works, and I feel safer knowing they discovered and fixed some issues we otherwise wouldn’t have known about.

My family has trusted Kentwood Plumbing and Heating for decades and they have taken very good care of us. They are skilled, trustworthy and extremely fair about pricing. Bill is a great guy and knows our house well. We recommend them to anyone!

I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received today when replacing 2 outdoor spigots/valves and their respective indoor shut off valves. The quote was FREE unlike many other plumbing services, and Bill was totally accurate to the time, materials, and everything required for this job. A true, professional craftsperson. I’ll recommend this place to everyone I know.

Kentwood heating and plumbing are a fantastic company! We have been using them for our heating and plumbing needs for over 30 years now and they have consistently done a wonderful job. They always are able to get to us quickly, they are professional, well priced, they don't sell you things you don't need, they are honest, and they don't leave your house in a mess when they leave. Today I was having a problem with my air conditioning and I have a health problem that I can't tolerate heat. They came out in under an hour and fixed our air conditioning in less than an hour. My son's air went out over a month ago and he is s still waiting for it to be fixed. Thanks Kentwood plumbing and heating for the top notch, professional, service over the last 30 years. We will be calling you in the future should anything else need fixing. If anyone wants a honest, excellent, professional plumbing and heating company you should call Kentwood Plumbing and Heating!

Colton did a great job helping me. I had a very unique problem that required thinking outside the box a bit. I was stumped as to what to do but Colton was able to create a solution for my rooftop weather station instalation. I couldn't be happier with the service at Godwin. So much better than the big box stores!

John and Cam were able to diagnose the problem with the spout and diverter quickly and to explain my options. The replacement solution looks and works great.

This was my first time using Godwin after my previous go-to plumbing company was acquired by a large equity firm (and things changed a lot). Now I completely understand all the great reviews about Godwin! Allen was incredibly professional and did a high-quality job, as did Ryan and Gene. The entire experience was smooth, and their workmanship was top-notch. Godwin is now my new go-to for plumbing services!

I’m a licensed builder mostly doing interior remolding. This occasionally requires some plumbing. I have plenty of experience but it is so nice to have a local place to go shop and have such an experienced staff eager to help. Colton was amazing, helping me gather all my necessary parts and even some bench soldering while I waited!

Norm and Randy were GREAT to work with on my bathroom sink drain issue. They were like “Obiwan & Yoda” in addressing and solving my plumbing issues. This is why I go to Godwin on Division; old school knowledge and a willingness to share skills. It was actually a fun experience!
