Ian was absolutely amazing! After calling 14 different places in Grand Rapids this morning, I decided to go with him to clear a clog in my kitchen drain—and I’m so glad I did! His communication was top-notch, keeping me updated on his arrival time and explaining what needed to be done to resolve the issue. The cost was incredibly reasonable! He had the job done in under an hour and even took the time to check out a few other concerns around my house. Customer service was top notch. From Ian answering the phone and getting my job scheduled (which was the very next day!) to the technicians, Jacob and Destiny, who did an awesome job. Very kind, efficient and knew what they were doing.

Emailed for service, and was messaged and scheduled within a few hours. Ian came out, we discussed the issues, and he stated the plan. He was transparent and genuine, which is so appreciated! A few issues were actually non-issues, sink clog was cleared and cleaned, and he even added support to a previous plumbing job not completed by them. Excellent service! 10/10
