I have edited my review because I got a bill for work on my new furnace. It’s 19 months old and still be under warranty.

I was not told I was going to get billed for this. I got an invoice out of the blue. Brandon did not tell me I was signing an invoice.

Andrew was very nice. I feel he was honest about what was truly necessary and what could wait a bit. Since I don't have unlimited funds, I really appreciate this. I will call them for my next project.

If you get a person named Ben. Please close the door and ask for someone else, he thinks it's appropriate to yell at an 80 year old man and call him out for his beliefs, absolutely appalling behavior and unacceptable , I came upstairs as he was yelling at my father and saying awful things. Not professional at all and will tell everyone I know not to use this company
