Brad, Adam, and Frank from Penning helped me descale and unclog my old cast iron sewer line. They explained how everything works and used their camera to show me the inside of the pipe before and after the descaling. The difference is like night and day! Once they were finished my drains were flowing correctly and smoothly! The guys from Penning are real professionals and I would highly recommend them!

Very courteous and willing to work with me on any questions I had. They put in a brand new water heater for me 5 years ago,, and I always get compliments on the type it is,the way it looks,and the way it was put in. I would definitely call them again for service! Well I wanted to add a few more things to this post. Well today I had a few more technicians come out and replace the water heater I had put in almost 5 years ago. They were very efficient and finished the job so much quicker than I realized! I very much appreciated that they answered all my questions, put down tarps, so is not to ruin my carpet all the way up and down the stairs, and we're very efficient about cleaning up after the job. And I also want to thank them for having to work in such a tight space for the job they had to do. Thanks guys for all the hard work!

I have used Penning for HVAC humidification and plumbing-ranging from general assistance to tankless water heater installation -done right after initial install from previous owner of home had it vented improperly. Fantastic service from both Brad and Duane. Scheduling is great-followup is great-rates are great.

If you are looking for a provider who will troubleshoot a problem to its root cause, and fix it rather than simply swapping parts and changing out expensive components, that is what you will get here.

You can pay more, but you can't get better in my opinion

I have had very good experiences with Penning Heating. They have fixed my furnace in the past and did a great job. So naturally I called them when I needed my fireplace and
once again they did a fantastic job. I had no cleanup to do when they left everything was done and my fireplace looks amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Frank did a great job as always. He’s very knowledgeable and, he does a great job. Didn’t leave me any cleanup to do at all. I think he did a better job of vacuuming than I do. Thank you Frank, Once again you have saved me from freezing to death.

We had Chris come and do our electric work,he did a fantastic job. Went through the house to see what we needed and quoted the price. He did everything that was needed in a fast time. Surprised that he took the time to come out when the appointment was made because we were expecting the hurricane the next day and they could have canceled because of it but they didn't. Josh safely removed an old light fixture and installed a new fixture. It took longer than expected but he came back and finished it up and it looks great. We will only use Whitney electric in the future.
