My truck needed some work and Wally got me in next day. Took me to and from work while truck was getting work. Had an issue with how I received the truck back, but Wally called me same day to clear things up. Overall, appreciated their willingness get my business and would bring my truck back to them.

First time I needed to stop in here since Jan retired. Met Wally and he won me over my first visit. He helped me diagnose an issue I was having with a snowplow then after a chat he helped me figure out another possible problem with my car, so I’ll bring it to him next. Great guy, thank you Wally see you soon!

I did return with an auto repair and Wally did me right and good with some service work, such a fantastic job when I picked up my car after it was ready I exchanged it with my truck in need of a brake job.

My back up camera and reverse lights were on all the time. Wally took the time to diagnose and find the issue. He showed me the parts he replaced and explained what was wrong. Communicated extremely well on what was happening and how long it would take. All around a great guy to work with!

I messaged at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 regarding a furnace not working. I was told a technician would arrive between 12 - 4p.m. to troubleshoot. A technician never showed up. I did not hear from the company. I have a baby, less than 2 weeks old in my home. It is December in northern Michigan and my furnace is not working. This company left me completely high and dry. Thankfully I have family in the area. Please go elsewhere.
