I would recommend perks heating, Cooling they do a great job, very professional and friendly

Lennier and Marcelino were professional. They were very clear when explaining things and answered all our questions. They worked well around our large dogs.
-
Super unreliable messaged with them set up a quote and nobody ever showed two hours later they said they would call and never did i wouldn't trust them to do anything
-
They were quick and efficient. It was a holiday weekend and they were still able to make it to my house fast and fix the problem quickly with my furnace. Would definitely recommend

Please stay away! Quoted 1300 for a repair, that another company did for 460$ quoted just over 9k to install a new furnace, and would not provide a itemized quote. Absulute crooks. For context on the install its only a 1200 square ft house with no major hurdles.

Norato was great, very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Even though we ran into an issue with getting tankless water heater working, he kept working on it and came out an extra day to get it up and running.

I called Peak Heating and Cooling because my furnace was not heating and they were quick to get a service technician at my front door to get our furnace repaired! Will definitely call them and recommend them for any future furnace repairs.
-
I've never had to have a repair person come to my house before. I was not notified of service charge just for showing up. However the technician was very polite and informative. The owner did contact me also and made things right.

Jhayden was awesome, talked me thru everything he checked. Very honest, heck I would hire him away from Peak if he wasn’t so loyal. Need more techs like him.
-
I had a great experience today with Peak. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and were patient. They were honest and fair on their pricing and I will be referring all my friends and family to Peak Heating in the Grant area.
-
Lennie went above and beyond to be helpful, he was quick to find solutions and completed the job himself to make sure our home wasn’t without a stove for any longer. Highly recommend.

The two guys we had were amazing. The equipment looks soo good and they will come in spring to install ac unit. The heat system already works fabulous. Very professional and super sweet to my kidos n dog. Explained all the questions I had and everything
-
I haven't dealt with them personally, but referred my ex to them, they did a great job with the install, and the financing was great. I would buy from them myself or recommend them to anyone looking!

Juan, Jose, and Mike went over and beyond in helping with my claim and making sure I had the proper and most efficient equipment for my house. They were here next day to get heat and hot water in my house for my kids and the rest of my family. They removed and installed new hot water heater, furnace and ac system.

The agent was three hours late also was not prepared. Had no tools to look at system for leaks such as nitrogen to pressure test unit. Could not identify leak and was told it would cost another $1500.00 to locate it. Then quoted a recharge of 7.8lbs of refrigerant at $4000.00 which was unreasonable. I would not recommend this company and I believe they are ripping people off.

Called for propane leak, tech was there by end of day. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Sawyer was efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend to others

I called in for service - no heat- at 10 AM, and ended up in a Robocall that kept calling me by the wrong name. Left my phone and email, and so far have called back 4 times and am yet to get a real person. It's 28 degrees out and suppose to drop into the teens. I don't want my pipes to freeze! It's 46 in my house now.

On Sunday morning after Thanksgiving, we woke up to a cold house and realizing our furnace was not working. We began calling repair places knowing it would be a higher expense due to the day. We are clients of another company and could not get through to them. We called MANY companies and Peak was able to come out as the others were not open or not taking on anyone other than their clients.
The technician came and determined that the draft inducer motor had gone bad. He explained he wasn't sure if he could get a new motor that day but if he could he would be back and if not he would be back Monday morning. He did verbally quote the cost would be over $1900.00, ( red flag) explaining that would be from "the emergency" call for repair. Not knowing what parts cost, the
emergency labor rate (yes, we should have asked), not wanting our water pipes to freeze and cause another problem, not wanting to be cold, feeling trapped over a barrel because no other company was available and not knowing what else to do, my husband agreed.
Of course, the technician did not come back Sunday. He did come back Monday morning and was here by 10:24am. He replaced the motor and made sure everything was working then he presented the invoice for $1938.32 which I paid and left at 10:51am, less than 30 minutes. No paper invoice was given as everything was done on a tablet. (We ended up having to call the company later to have an invoice emailed to us.)
Best part is yet to come.... So Wednesday, we had a scheduled preventative maintenance our regular HVAC Company. When he arrived, I explained what had happened to the furnace and how we had tried to get ahold of them, which ends up being another situation, he went to check and maintained the furnace. After he was finished, we reviewed everything and talked about what happened with the Sunday/Monday incident and we discussed the cost of the repair and he was quite surprised how much we paid as the part usually runs between $200 to $400 and this left us shocked.
So after getting the invoice emailed, looking up on line the cost for the draft inducer motor, talking with 2 other HVAC technicians from other companies, we discovered that we could have gotten a brand new furnace for what we paid to have ours repaired. -
Alex was professional and vary knowledgeable. He was on time and worked on both my furnace and water heater. I was told about a fuse that was not ment for my furnace. He showed me, than switched it out. The preseason maintenance was a great value. Will definitely be calling Peak again.

They came to my house gave me a qoute, the didnt tell me that included a “upgrade” or get my consent to do the “upgrade. I had a different company come in and up grade my filter to. 4” change every 6 months. Peaks put a 1” change every month filter and charged me 1700$ for 4’ of duct work and a 1” filter kit. The work was done on 11/8/23, they didnt have all the parts to complete the job, there were gaps from the duct work to the furnace, and the cardboard was duct taped on. My gas bill literally tripled and it took 3 weeks for them to come back to finish the install. The sales manager told me to shut up and listen after refusing my call for a month. They finally came back after 2 months and put a 4” filter back. Ive asked for the owner to call me and i have yet to receive a call. I was told first payment is feb. Now im 2 months behind. They told me they did the upgrade because i needed it for the furnace, even though i already had 1. So they wont change the invoice. They lied and said they got a permit. The permit wasnt pulled until last week. 2 months after the job is done. I would not recommend this company.
On 9-28-24 almost a yr later they said they wanted us to come to theyre grant office to resolve this issue. Theyre open 8-5 daily he said, the hrs on the door were 8-4 and the door was propped open with a plastic pvc elbow and the owner couldnt even show up like he said he was going to. I had to have my furnace fixed by another hvac company because the wiring was wrong and the gas settings were off.
