Coach Light Chimney Sweep provided exceptional service. I called and they were out the next day. Janet is very friendly to talk to and Tom physically showed me the problems that needed fixing. Overall, very good experience.

They were so efficient and nice to work with! Their price was fair and their work excellent. I am hiring them again as we recently moved.

I put off cleaning my chimney for over a decade, worried about price. If I knew how reasonable it was ($230) I would've had it done years ago.

The whole process took about an hour and a half. Mess was well contained, and caulking some mortar joints was included.

I now know I can safely burn! Highly recommend Coach Light.

Wonderful service. Our fireplace is fundamental to our family, especially this time of year. The attention to detail, personal service, was great and the fact that he was right on time was commendable. Such an amazing company! From start to finish, they are kind, friendly, professional and very good at what they do! We were scheduled for a 10:30-12 window. Showed up right at 10:30 and were very efficient! They explained what they did and made sure we know how to care for our fireplace. They are a company who wants to care for you, not just do a service and leave.
Bonus that they took the time to answer all of my 4 year old’s questions and comments. They were wonderful and have a customer for as long as we have a fireplace!

Disrespectful to customers neighbors! Constantly blocking neighbors driveways to cut customers lawns. Tried addressing it the proper way, however that has failed to correct the issue. Police are the next call! Also neighbors clippings blown onto neighboring lawns.

Showed up late, asked me to pay him before he even started😂, got about half way done said he was “going for lunch” then didn’t show back up til the next day asking to get paid for the whole thing and if there was an emergency and he came back to finish that wouldn’t have been a problem but in his own word we was “just exhausted” there’s definitely better choices out there

Didn’t show up as scheduled I get it stuff happens and things come up but communication should always be a factor in a business like this next time atleast call or something
