Randy performed excellent service ... and we enjoyed his perspective on many subjects, as well! I will only use this company for trustworthiness and price competitiveness.

First time we used Eastside Heating. Randall, our technician, was timely, efficient and friendly. The charge for annual service on our two furnaces was very reasonable.

Randy was as nice to work with as possible. He showed me things about my furnace that I did not know and appreciated learning about. He cleaned everything up and turned off the lights in the basement when he was done, which I appreciated.

Eastside Heating and Cooling is what a service company should be, and more! We had to replace the AC in our 100 year old home… the new system is 2-3 more efficient, their pricing was competitive, but more importantly, they were professional, organized and on-time. I have already recommended them to several people, and they all say the same thing… This is an amazing company, that takes care of their people, and has a great leader… thanks for helping us be more comfortable!

We have a 100 year old boiler in our townhouse in GP. This was our first experience with Eastside since they acquired Detroit Gas Burner. The technician, Kevin was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have someone to continue caring for our vintage heating system!

Eastside did fantastic work for me, my wife, and even her mother. I would highly recommend Eastside for all HVAC needs. They offer an excellent price, are knowledgeable, and clean. They are by far better than previous contractors that we have hired. We will be using them in the future if needed.

Kevin was very considerate and polite. He called ahead and asked if it would be convenient if he came a bit early, which I really appreciated, since early was better for me. He was thorough and suggested that since the filters had been changed in the Spring, it didn’t make sense to change them so soon again, thus saving me money. Again, this was greatly appreciated.

Kevin arrived in the appointment time slot and got right go work. He inspected my furnace and advised that the filter did not need to be replaced. He left the space in good order. Thank you

Eastside HVAC is fantastic! They replaced my condenser quickly, did a great job, and gave me a great price. The team was fast, professional, and very respectful throughout the whole process. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my mom when her furnace broke, and she had the same great experience. Both of our units are running perfectly with no issues. It’s hard to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and affordable — but Eastside checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Eastside and our tech Randy! I was promptly scheduled, informed of costs associated with the visit, parts, etc. beforehand, and most importantly, our furnace is up and running just in time for the cold weather!

After having their tech Randy out 2 weeks ago to fix my furnace, the furnace stopped working again. Randy spent 20 minutes at most "servicing" the furnace during the first visit but clearly did not identify what was the actual problem. After my furnace went out 2 weeks later, Randy returned and spent 15 minutes identifying a new problem that magically appeared in the 2 weeks since he was last here. The furnace was put in 5 years ago and has been maintained twice per year since installation. Randy said he did not have the part necessary to fix the problem and began writing up a bill. I explained that I paid $200 to fix this problem already and he said that original $200 does not apply to this situation. I told him that I would not be paying and I would be calling the office to figure this out. Randy was dismissive and obviously not pleased he wasn't getting immediate payment for his 15 minutes of work. Upon calling the office/dispatcher I was argued with and hung up on. I did not curse or do anything but explain my frustration with being told I am going to be charged again. My family will be no longer using this company because there are clearly better alternatives out there.

We had been with Detroit Gas Burner for over 40 years! Still getting great service from Eastside since they took over. Tech Randy came out to do my bi-annual furnace check. I appreciated the heads up call that he was on his way!

Just had my HVAC winter service by Kevin who did a great job. Professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service from Detroit Gas Burner since Rick retired. Good to still have personal service from a privately owned service company.

Randy was great.  He had big shoes to fill as Rick from Detroit Gas Burner has been servicing our furnace for almost 20 years.  Randy was prompt, polite, and reviewed everything.  Thanks for the great service.

Kevin came to install an additional heating zone in my boiler. While he was there he found a faulty valve in the control board and ordered a replacement. It is great to have a service technician that knows the equipment and discovered a problem that I didn't know I had. Highly recommend Eastside.

Also was a former customer of Detroit Gas Burner company for many decades. I have had one year of biannual checkups and have been very pleased with the professionalism and honesty of the technicians. Would definitely recommend that other former customers of DGB give them a chance!

Randy did the bi-annual maintenance on our furnace. He had previously serviced our air conditioner. I was very impressed with his professional ,friendly service. I also appreciated him calling me to notify me of his immanent arrival. I was totally satisfied with Randy’s visit today.

All around very positive experience! My service technician was Kevin was very knowledgeable and consulted me well while performing my furnace maintenance. Filters for humidifier and furnace were reasonable priced. I really liked my service and will call them again next week fall!

This was my first experience with Eastside Heating and Cooling and I have to say it was a good experience! Randall was my service provider and he cleaned my furnace, made a couple of simple repairs and told me it was good to go. My furnace hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I have been wanting to get it checked out for the winter, but my previous heating and cooling service provider retired. He recommended Eastside and I’m glad he did!

Great experience, had Kevin come out and fix my gas boiler. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything as this is my first time owning a house with one. Eased a lot of my worries about it and helped me understand the equipment a lot more!

Kevin has visited and helped us a few times this year…. Each time his professional attitude and extremely polite demeanor has really put us at ease. His amazing wide range of knowledge and sharing while troubleshooting helped us handle some minor issues on our own. He is not a typical contractor, as he is never overbearing. We barely know he is there most times!
The scheduling team was so polite and flexible for me. I can’t believe how simple it was to work with them.
