These guys are awesome. They do good quality work, there prices are good and they show up on time.

These two guys are hard working family guys. They'll get the job done for you. I call them for all of our plumbing installations and repairs. You won't be disappointed!

Called them and was here in a half hour after my call did call someone before them and they said it would be three to four days just to look at it.. Fix our line on the second day. Would recommend them. Fast and professional.

I bought a house that had blown CPVC plumbing about a year ago, and Service Plumbing re-did it in copper, including installation of all new fixtures.

I felt that they did a competent job, their work was of a high quality, and they were helpful when I needed additional information on the iron filter that they installed.

The only complaint that I had was that they connected both of my outdoor spigots to a line that ran through the water softener (if I had to guess, I'd say they were trying to save on copper pipe costs), which would have caused high salt usage when watering the garden & lawn - but they did re-route one of the spigots (they charged extra for it though, I don't remember how much).

Since then my health has improved and I've been doing all of the plumbing myself, but as I've made a few changes and improvements, I've found that the work they did for me is satisfactory (and their solder joints are way better than mine :).

We have called Service on several occasions! They are always prompt, courteous and efficient! Recently my mom’s water heater went out and John and Vic came after a long day in the heat and installed a new water heater. Thank you both so much! God bless!

Josh came and installed a city water back up pump and did a great job. Neatly and cleaning installed. New piping didn't limit basement storage area at all.

My sump pump wasn’t working properly during a rainy weekend so I called parallel plumbing first thing in the morning, they came right away and it was replaced by 11am! The plumber was friendly and kind.

If you want shotty work done and major water damage down the road from improperly installed fittings, hire these guys. Or save yourself the nightmare of black mold and don't hire them. They have a one year warranty, the only problem is the extent of the water damage didn't make itself visible until three years down the road, so it's not their problem, it's yours.

I have chosen this company many times for my plumbing needs, including sewer lines cleanouts and installing a sumpump. Great service, fair prices, and great workmanship! Definitely a 5 star for me!

My sump pump went out at night when the stores were closed and it caused my furnace to shut off. They were there within a half hour done a hour later. I'm a very satisfied customer. I wish I could give more stars. They just helped my parents out getting my Dad's shower installed after his stroke

A few years back I had parallel plumbing come in and install a shower as well as hook up our new faucet. For starters they installed the water backwards. So hot and cold were mixed up. Now the shower...from the beginning the door didn’t shut quite right. The caulking seemed poor. However, this shower was a 3rd bathroom in the house that wasn’t used often. Well as of lately, it has been used. We’ve found that water was leaking out of the base of the shower. And the shower hadn’t been used since they installed it... So I recommend anyone stays away from this company. They clearly can’t even do the basics. When the issue was brought to their attention, I received nothing but attitude from the owner. Very unprofessional. Take your business to a real professional plumber who will do the job correctly.

Called Parallel Plumbing in the afternoon before a holiday and they were to our business within 30 minutes. Very professional and did great work! Would definitely recommend and will use again if any issues arise in the future!

They've helped us install a bathroom during a renovation to our master suite as well as run plumbing out to a pole barn build site. Both times they were great! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and better priced than their competition too! I'd highly recommend giving them a call- you won't be disappointed!

I'm leaving this 2 star review not because of work quality, but because of unreasonable pricing of roughly $700 per hr.

I had Parallel Plumbing take care of a sewer main line rooting for me on a rental of mine about 2 months ago. They came out on a Saturday and I had to pay extra for weekend service. I trusted them to take care of the problem and offer a fair/reasonable price. Unfortunately I was charged $700 DOLLARS for this service call. (usually this service takes 1hr or less at the home) I did a bit of checking around and found other plumbers and most plumbers were charging no more than 420-500 including the weekend service call fee. (without weekend charge appx 300)
I messaged the company directly on Aug 12 in an effort to learn if there was a particular reason I was charged $700 for this relatively quick task. I received a response back on Aug 15 saying they would like to work with me to resolve this.

I sent a message back Aug 15, I received no response.
I sent another message Aug 21, I received no response.
Unfortunately, its Aug 29. I still have no response.

I would leave a 1 star review for this business and this unreasonably high rate. I don't believe it's fair nor reasonable.
I'm giving 2 stars because I believe the work quality of the work was acceptable.

I wish I could leave Parallel Plumbing 10 STARS instead of 5 stars! I have worked with Parallel Plumbing more than a few times over a rental property and building that I oversee, and I continue to be impressed!

Parallel Plumbing is always prompt to respond and scheduling my plumbing needs. I also appreciate how this company has values, honest in their dealings, reasonable in price, and how they always advises what is best; versus squeezing as much money out of me as they can, like their competitors. For these reasons, I strongly endorse Parallel Plumbing for anyone who lives in West Michigan!
