We had a issue with our basement lift pump, it stopped working… I was so nervous it would be expensive to fix. I called CL Plumbing and talked to a very kind woman who assured me they could help get us up and running. The plumber who came out to help, Travis was so nice and was very helpful he had us up and running very quickly!! He was very kind, and the service was very affordable!! So happy to have called CL Plumbing for our issue!! If we have future plumbing needs I will be sure to call them again!

I had a well tank that began leaking, called CL and Travis was out within a couple hours and got it fixed up enough until the original installer could replace under warranty. Had them back out to install a vacuum breaker for underground sprinkling at a fair price. Fast forward a couple months later and the landscape company ripped out the sewer line to the septic tank while working, Travis was again out within a few hours and had it fixed within an hour. Great people, fair pricing and very responsive!

Merle and his crew just replaced two water heaters for me, installed a new standpipe drain, and did a bunch of re-piping work (replacing old, gray poly pipes with new pex). Not only were they great to work with, but they did a nice job with all the installs as well. I'd recommend them without reservation.

We needed a diverter replacement recently and after not hearing back from some companies and another sending over a very rude young man, CL Plumbing came through! It's our first visit from CL Plumbing but it won't be our last. The very kind young man came in prepared and did his job. He patiently explained each step to my husband and cleaned up afterwards. Had a sump pump begin to overflow in our basement late in the evening, and called CL Plumbing after hours for help. Colin answered at 10pm on a Sunday, and talked me through a temp fix of the problem to stop the water flow. Colin then showed up the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected things. Also repaired a toilet that had become unsecured from the floor. Fast, efficient, informative, and fair pricing. Can’t recommend Colin and CL Plumbing highly enough. Our go to plumbers from here on out.

Colin showed professionalism and yet explained the back up sump pump he installed, in a way that did not make us feel stupid. His personality is warm, kind, caring, funny, and yet still is professional. We would use him again for future plumbing projects.

Colin was great coming the same day we needed him when our shutoff valve broke and left us with no water. He was courteous and made sure everything was working before heading out to another job. He was awesome and we would highly recommend Cl and Colin for repairs.

Had an old water heater that was old and leaking and needed to be replaced. After calling around and getting the lowest quote from CL, scheduled to have a new one installed ten days later. A few days later I woke up and the pilot light was out and I could not reignite it.

Called CL shortly after 8 to see if the could move up my install date. They were at my door three hours later and had the new water heater installed by 1. They also touched up some unused piping to an old water softener.

Impressed by the quick response, installation, and price. Would highly recommend.

Is it possible to have a relationship with a plumbing service? Yes it is when the provider of that service is Holland's CL Plumbing. During our 13 years in Grand Haven we've had a leaky shower, faulty ejector pump and need for the installation of a new single-handle, deck-mount kitchen sink faucet. Each time CL's Travis, a "good dude," came out to save the day. Each time the service has been high quality. Fairly priced. And delivered with a winsome smile. Whenever a neighbor asks me, "Who's your plumber?" I tell them, "Travis and the people at CL Plumbing...We have a relationship."

CL Plumbing has saved the day for us - twice! Collin came out early on a Saturday morning and fixed a steady leak in a pipe in a cottage crawl space. Even with the non-scheduled, emergency-day fee it was still reasonable and he did troubleshooting with me over the phone to evaluate the leak from a video I shared. We both agreed it should not wait until Monday.
Then we had the tankless hot water heater go out in our home at a time when we had guests. CL plumbing gave us the best price, explained why they recommended the heater that they installed, and went out of their way to acquire the heater and install it within two days.
They have also done a post-winter, water hookup for us and it was 1) a perfectly clean job and 2) no issues with our kitchen sink water flow after having it hooked up for the season, which we had experienced the two prior years.

Travis was great. They were propmt and arrived as the said they would. Replaced the wax ring and shimmed the toilet super fast. Office was great called me right away. CL is on my keep list.

Our water heater flooded our lower level the night of December 23 and we had our family all coming the next day for 5 days. Colin came at 11:30 that night until 1am to determine what had happened and stop further damage. But best of all, he came Christmas Eve morning and had a new hot water heater installed by 10am so we were able to all stay in our home! He also called in a mitigation specialist, Justin from Resto Pros who showed up starting at 9am to start cleaning the mess up. I’d give Colin 10 stars if I could. Wonderful young man and so eager to help. Saved our Christmas!

I called six total plumbers on the AREA CL Plumbing was the only one to answer on the first call AND show up when they said they would. I had TWO other companies no show. Travis from CL Plumbing arrived exactly when he said he would.

We have a VERY old house and copper plumbing to match. Travis diagnosed the leak quickly. Even though it was in a very hard to reach spot in the ceiling, he was careful to cut the minimal amount of ceiling needed to access the problem. He was effecient and thorough in fixing the old leaky copper pipe. And while it created a mess, he did a great job cleanup up the work area after.

I will be using CL Plumbing for both my home and other properties in the future!

Colin and Travis have done an amazing job on replacing a burst outside water faucet. They also broke through concrete to replace a waterline that was a defect in the build. Showed my husband and I the video and pictures both of what was broken. A job well done, and in one day. They were honest, hard working, easy to talk to, and reasonable. Very thankful
