They came out installed a new shower valve in my house. The service guy who came out explained the whole process and did great work. Cleaned up and left everything exactly how I had it before. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

The reason they have 75 (at this time) 5 star ratings is because they are an excellent company to deal with. I've used them at my home and business. Always prompt, professional, communicative, and they do nice work.

Our house was less than 2 years old when I had to call these guys out due to faulty installation and poor communication from the previous installer (Not Macatawa) when house was built. Spoke with Mitch and explained to him the situation and he was able to work with me even though someone else installed my H20 tank and it was still under warranty. I felt I was treated fairly and the companies response was prompt. Installers did a good job. I even had them out a month later to install a back up sump pump. Will continue to use them in the future.

Macatawa Plumbing completed the job as requested, as scheduled and as expected. I have no complaints. The young man was courteous and knew his craft. No problem with pricing and scheduling, and final price was less than originally quoted. I will use them again if needed.

I had a leak somewhere in my main floor bathroom that caused a good amount of damage to my finished lower floor. I called Macatawa and they had a rep there within a day to find the issue and fix it promptly. All for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service provided by Macatawa Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

Discovered my 24 year old hot water heater was leaking all over my utility room and office floor about 9:30 in the morning. My neighbor (a Master Plumber himself) shut off the leak, called Macatawa Plumbing for me, told them the problem and what heater I needed, and within 20 minutes to half an hour a young man was at my home with a new heater. He discovered when installing, that the vent was no longer up to code, so had to run out for additional parts, but was back within a very short time and completed the installation by noon! I am so impressed with the promptness, courtesy, professionalism of the young man who did the removal of the old and installation of the new hot water heater!! I will highly recommend Macatawa Plumbing to anyone seeking plumbing needs!

Our experience with Macatawa Plumbing has been excellent. Karsten and Ryan installed a new hot water heater and sump pump. They arrived on time and were very professional, polite, and personable. They performed the installation, disposed of the old heater, left no trace behind and cleaned up completely prior to leaving. They finished in an appropriate amount of time and provided excellent instructions about the new equipment. I couldn't be more pleased with how the process went, from start to finish.
