I had a leaking pipe in my basement in the early evening and had to turn off my water main. I got on Macatawa Pluming’s website and requested their services. They had someone come out early the next day and he had it fixed within an hour.

City of Holland is doing a project on 19th Street, Macatawa plumbing came to each house and ran new water supplies pipes as our current ones where lead. So we now have copper lines supplying our house, and then the water lines in my basement got replaced with pex. All taken care of as part of this Holland drain project. They showed up on time to do the work, got it done quickly. My only issue was they had to drill through 3 walls in the basement (cinder block) after doing all the install of the pex they left all the cinder block dust and pebbles and scrapes, from drilling through the walls, right on the floor. I came home to inspect after work and there are small piles of cinder block on each side of the wall. So no one did any cleaning up of the material they drilled. Minor issue but should be addressed with your crew, for future projects.

Haven't got the bill yet 😊, but Max quickly unclogged the grease ball blocking my kitchen drain. Nice, personable, and knowledgeable young man. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this business. Their representative today was polite, personable, professional, and efficient. He explained our options and quoted the price differences. He answered my old-lady questions about his schooling, etc. so nicely!!

Had them replace my aging sump pump and add a water powered back pump as well. The price was $200 less than their competitor and using higher quality Zoeller pumps (the other guys were going to use Meijer brand pumps :/ ). The only beef I have is the scheduling was kind of up in the air because they overbooked, but they got it done on time. Definitely will be asking them to do future work.

Have used Macatawa for about 8 years now and they have been great until this year I have called every 3 weeks since August and was told the boiler guy would give us a call to schedule the appt for our just annual service but still now in February have not heard, given the state of things thought he was busy but have realized they just don't care. We will be finding a new company that will at least respond to customers!!
