Jim was wonderful. Replaced all the piping in our upstairs bathroom. Lots of hard work to be done but got the job all done in 1 day. Would highly recommend this company!!! Did a great job!!

Had them out 3 times for 3 different jobs, replacing all of our gavenized plumbing to flex, installing an upflush toilet and sink, and replacing our old plumbing stack. They are a great company.

Pipe Monster trustworthy and competent in doing what we need done on our plumbing in opening and closing our vacation home on Lake Mac. Only complaint is administrative. Our payment for services rendered appear to be lost or misplaced at times on Pipe Monsters end.

Mr monster was with me since may 19 when the storm hit the area , he got me up and running right away, removed and remounted my toilet as needed, an excellent company- I highly recommend them

We were very pleased with the work done by Pipe Monster. Jim was friendly and easy to work with. He came up with a very creative solution to a problem we were having with our outdoor shallow well. His partner, Bryson, did an excellent job rerouting our kitchen drain. We found their work to be quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.

We had an emergency leak in the house, the carpet was wet and water was running down the windows. We called pipe monster plumbing. Bryson was here within 45 minutes. He was able to determine the problem and repair the leak.

Super easy and nice to work with, was able to get them out and replace the water heater in 1 day! Would def recommend and would use again

The Pipe Monster Team is awesome. In addition to doing work for me, they helped my elderly parents make their bathroom and shower safer to avoid falls and make their access much easier. While they were at their Victorian home in Heritage Hill, they found a gas leak in the basement that could have lead to a disaster. We appreciate Pipe Monster!
