Such a fantastic and easy experience! This company is top notch. We needed to replace our water heater (21 years old) so i called Pipe Monster to get a quote. Jim came out the same day (he was in the area) and had a quote for us within hours. Once we decided on a new system, the crew was at our house next day. Installation and removal was done in just a couple hours. Phil and Bryson were friendly, professional, and quick. Going forward, we will be using Pipe Monster for future plumbing needs.

I’m 22 years old, I have no idea about water heaters, wasn’t working when I came back from work, called this company and Jim was so kind. Told me the big gusts of wind we were having the day prior could have dispersed the flame, walked me through on how to turn it back on. You’re a real one Jim. ( didn’t even know these hunk of metals had a lil window).
