The communication wasn't there call and ask a question wouldn't return calls. Very pricey had to call from different numbers to get him to answer. Set up appointment never showed and never called to let us know.

Called Bob at almost 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for a sewer that was backing up into a shower. One of his guys was here in about 30 minutes. He worked hard and resolved the problem and cleaned up. He was professional, personable and efficient. We are very grateful!

I called him first thing on a Saturday morning as our water heater cracked the night before and he answered right away, gave me options on replacing our water heater. Cost was reasonable, honestly I thought it would be a lot more for the size we needed. He came a few hours later after texting me he was on his way. We had called Ottagon plumbing emergency service. No one answered, no one called back. Under our trailer it was leaking due to a disconnect in pipes. We were trying to put in a new water facut out side and it disconnected from the pipes. We found Bobs Tolsma plumbing by a simple google search and right when we called he answered right away. They sent someone out in 25 minutes!!! (This was a Sunday by the way!) Not only were they fast but he connected the pipes and also connected our new facut for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be calling them for future services going forward! 100% recommended!! Thank you for your help!

I had Rob come out to give me a quote on replacing a pipe in my basement. He was very pleasant but I never received the quote. Two weeks later I called asking about it, he asked me to text him my email address which I did promptly. Still haven’t heard anything so I will be getting the work done elsewhere.

Overpriced for what you get. They sent two guys out to do a one man job. I was out of town, had a backed up drain line, and my in laws called Tolsma without knowing who they were. Two guys showed up, ran a camera with the clean out. Just needed a clean out. Instead, I got a $550 bill just to clear a drain line. I personally would not call Tolsma. Call someone else.

I want to thank Bob Tolsma Plumbing for their professionalism and quick response. I had a blockage in my sewer line. I contacted them late Sunday night and they came out first thing on Monday morning. Ben asked many questions and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had me back up running. I received the invoice, and their prices were very reasonable.
