This was by far one of the best experiences that we have had with a company in Southwest Michigan. We had several quotes for a water heater and softener. None of the competitors came close to Ottagan Plumbing ‘s customer service. We received a same-day quote for a water heater through pictures. It was installed a few days later. While the installers were here, they took a water sample for the water softener quote and within a few days, we received a quote and a few more days, the softener was installed. Ottagan returned phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, they texted me when they were on their way and the estimates were detailed and reasonable. Our plumbers, Tyler and Solomon were respectful, appropriately engaging, patient with our questions and they worked very well together. We made a great decision in choosing Ottagan Plumbing. We highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my toilet flange and Mark was able to help immensely. Honest and straightforward on options. Very responsive.

Jared of Great Lakes plumbing did an exceptional job at my home of locating and repairing a leak in a ninety year old cast iron pipe in a wall between two floors that manifested in an almost unnoticeable amount of water dripping through a major support beam in the basement. He took his time to find the broken pipe minimizing damage to plaster walls which had to be cut through to do repair. I absolutely recommend this company as I used them before to take out a broken garbage disposal, at that time they saved me money with frugal suggestion for repair. I called on a Friday after Christmas. Not a holiday, not a weekend, and they charge $350 service call just to show up due to a post holiday break. No thank you!

We used Great Lakes Plumbing for a large remodel at our house is South Haven and I could not be more happy with our choice of plumbers. Mark and his team were very professional and responsive and did an excellent job with a variety of work ranging from hot and cold lines for our sinks to a brand new sewage line. Highly recommend using them if you need work done in southwest Michigan.

They took the time to get to the source of the problem and then offered options for what would be best for our situation.The work was done with care, and they cleaned when they were finished!

Great Lakes Plumbing Service was able to get out to us the same day our water heater went out back in June of last year. They removed the old one, got us a larger one so our hot water lasts longer, and it came with a great warranty. Very happy with the customer service. It's hard to find good vendors that can get out to you on the same day you called them.

These guys are the BEST!! I've used Great Lakes several times now and every visit is met with a punctual, friendly, knowledgeable plumber. Today's call was a pretty good clog in our pipes and Bill had us up and running in less than an hour. I always appreciate how quickly I am able to get someone to come out and fix the issue. I called late yesterday afternoon and Bill was here at 8AM ready to work! Thanks again team! I always spread the word about this company and how great they are! Excellent service! Had a backed-up drain. Called for short-notice work after 3 other local plumbers told me they could not help, even though they advertise 24-hour service. Nick agreed to work late to squeeze us in. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and had it resolved almost as quickly. Very polite and professional. He also gave us some tips to help in future. Definitely would recommend!
