Happy with how quick they were able to come out but not happy with service unfortunately. We had a clogged toilet in our basement that had no issues prior but we couldn't plunge well because of the open drains at the sink and washer that fed into line. Also because of this we stopped trying to remove the clog ourselves not sure if the clog could transfer plunged water up and out of those open drains. Plumber wanted to do a sewer line clean for $365 and would need to charge another $200 if the toilet had to be removed to get the clog in the pipe before the main stack. I asked if he could try plunging once more and he said he wasn't sure how to charge for that. We paid the $50 standard service charge, got a slightly different shaped plunger and pipe caps for the sink and laundry drain lines and were able to get the pressure we needed to remove the clog ourselves for less than $15. Wish they had been quicker to try something simple like that at the time they came out too.

Justin was very informative, professional, and kind. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will certainly call Ottagan Plumbing again if the need arises.

I had an install of a house water tank with pressure switch and a new water softener. Braden & Solomon did an excellent job, were knowledgeable, considerate and professional. They took great care to be neat & careful which I greatly appreciated.
Price was better than I expected for the quality products they sell. I appreciate how responsive Ottagan Plumbing is when I contact them. We have used them for emergency & standard, routine purposes for over 14 years. I highly recommend Ottagan for any plumbing needs.

The guys arrived on time, got straight to work and finished well within the estimated timeframe. They showed me photos of the completed work...very tidy. Under the house in the crawl space they could have been sloppy and I wouldn't have known. But it was very clea and professional looking.

02/22/2025 - Nick and Justin were prompt for appointment, professional, personable, got the work done with care, and left the work areas clean. Replaced a kitchen faucet ("after" photo attached) and cleaned out the drain pipe (no photos, although I should have taken "before" and "after" photos since they used a camera to identify blockage within the pipe and confirm it was removed). Will definitely use them again in the future for plumbing needs.
03/07/2025 - Nick replaced an older toilet with a new one. Again prompt, professional, and personable. They even left an Ottagan Plumbing duck to liven things up! Will definitely use Ottagan Plumbing again in the future for plumbing needs.

Quick response for an emergency leak in the basement. Nick was very help from solving the issue and how to best deal with our insurance company.

We had a gurgling toilet, Tyler came out and was on time and was super nice and respectful. He figured out the issue and gave us a quote that was reasonable. He was up front about everything he did which was nice not to get a surprise bill at the end.

Initial phone contact with the office was pleasant and attentive to my need to have a natural gas line to be run outside of my home for generator hookup - prompt service and good communications! Nick came today to look at the job. He was right on time and quickly assessed the project. Nick is a good listener and left me reassured that the job is a "can do." Waiting fir estimate now but so far, high five 👋!

This company is outrageously expensive. They did perform the job well initially, but three days later, my pipes froze and they wanted $375 just to unthaw them. The owner/manager wouldn’t work with me when I explained I had to transfer money into my account and it would take one day to be accessible. I was completely without water. The amount Ottagan Plumbing charges is 4x everyone else in the industry. Shameful.

Nick was an awesome service tech, got our punctured sewage line repaired quick. Great guy and a great company, turned a bad situation around very quick. Definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thank you!

The guys that came out to help clear our clogged sewer line were great. Ottagan was great at getting us somebody to help so we could start using our facilities again. Everyone else said it would be 48 hours before we could get somebody out to take care of the issue.

I cannot say enough great things about Ottagan Plumbing! They were given what was considered a “difficult job” by three plumbers before them and they made it look easy! Most importantly, not only did they make it work for a fair price, they also made me feel at ease with their competency. Their scheduling process was easy, efficient and fast. Justin came prepared to do the work if I gave the go ahead and the final bill matched the quote with no surprises. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For lower income people it's a little pricey. The pipes were defrosted within 10 minutes. I understand the cost per hour, but it would be nice to have a little bit cheaper for age groups. But Nick did an excellent job. As well as Brandon did last year. Thanks for fixing my frozen pipes.

I had an emergency, and they were very quick to respond and set up an appointment. The technician, Tyler, was efficient and explained the process thoroughly. There was a little glitch with my hot water pressure at the end, but he was able to adjust something and fix it. If I have plumbing needs in the future I will definitely use them again!

Had a rental property with a busted water heater. Called Ottagan at 1pm. Braden and Nick were to the location by 1:45. Water heater was installed and job was done before 4:00. Unbelievable service! You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

The gentleman who fixed our broken pipe did showed up to our house within an hour of us calling him and fixed our issue within the next hour. He did a Great job, and at the completion of the job he gave our two small grandchildren each a yellow rubber ducky. The girls were thrilled. I highly recommend Ottagan Plumbing!

Ottagan plumbing provides a warm friendly atmosphere. The staff was was very knowledgeable and fast at getting the job done. They arrived a few hours after making my appt.and I was very happy with the service.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They gave us an outrageous quote but because it’s hard to find a plumber who works on single wide old trailers, I accepted it. The young man who did the initial assessment knew exactly what pipe needed to be replaced. When he came he replaced the wrong one. He then told my elderly mother just to turn her furnace off when she needs hot water. This was not the fix. Not to mention he tore her skirting off the trailer and didn’t fix it. They refused to fix it correctly and quoted $3,300 more to do the job right. They have over charged her before and I didn’t want to use them again. I guess I’m just mad at myself for not listening to my gut. I DO NOT recommend this company. And not to mention when we went to them to discuss they called my husband a liar as well as “this is America and it’s a free country “.

Nick K. was so nice and professional. Repair went quickly and efficiently. He wasn't judgemental about areas of my house that were kinda messy (health problems). He even wrote up an estimate for fututre reference at what I was looking at if I needed a new water heater. Would absolutely definitely use them again.

Justin installed our free standing whirlpool tub with the greatest professionalism and efficiency. After assessment, he contacted another member to assist who was able to wrap up his first job and assist Justin.
All done within 4 hours.
