$385 for one hour replacing a kitchen faucet that we bought in advance. I should have said not interested and pay the $50 just to come out fee. Another job we needed done was a leaky bathroom tub faucet. Technician said he could not do the job because we did not know the brand name on the faucet. We were also quoted $150 to replace a shower head which my husband then accomplished himself in 15”.

They were out within 30 min of me calling. Justin my tech was awesome. Let me watch and explained everything to me. He unclogged my main drain line. Automatically ran a camera without even asking. It comes with the service. I cannot praise Justin and octagon plumbing as a whole for how professional, personable and just all around how great they made this experience. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

The project was miss quoted by $4000 which doubled the cost of the project. They told us the project would be done by Tuesday evening, which part of it was, but they failed to tell us that they were not allowed to turn the water back on until the inspector came out, which did not happen until Wednesday Morning. I was also told they would be bringing in a load of topsoil and leveling out my yard so that grass seed could be put back down.As you can see by the difference in colors of dirt a good portion of the dirt was spilled in my driveway and not covered where it should’ve been, the sod is destroyed by the machinery, and I now have slopes and hills all over what used to be a level yard. I have no idea how much money this is gonna cost to get this yard, leveled out and back to be a condition it was before they destroyed it . I will not recommend this company to anyone.

We had an extreme clog in our basement. I called and got an appointment set up for the same morning. Alex came out and explained the steps he needed to take and told me the price for the work in advance. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and he got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

We had the water lines in our whole house replaced, in addition to the replacement and hook up of a new well tank and the water lines. Justin and Brady completed the work, and were very professional and easy to work with. They thoroughly explained and showed me what they were going to do, and then again after they were finished. They both answered my questions thoughtfully and with patience.

Had them come out to replace a gas isolator and 2 feet of pipe. For the price I would have expected them to clean up afterwards but the plumber left the old pipe on the ground outside and there was Teflon tape on the ground next to the work.

The price was high for the work I had done but I didn't have a lot of choice on timing.

The plumber was very professional verbally.
