Terrible follow up, have had a bad walk in shower with a bad squeak from the floor. 1 1/2 years later with guess mechanics still not fixed. Have set appointments NO SHOW no call

I was born into a Construction Family. I know it DOES NOT matter whether it's NEW Construction, Home Remodeling and/or Home Repair, the MAIN ASPECTS, or items, inside & outside the walls are what is MOST important. I have I live in a house built in 1928. I have done Home Remodeling & Repairs for myself & others. When it comes to Plumbing, it doesn't matter if it's PVC, Galvanized or Copper Pipes; I CALL & I RECOMMEND ONLY 1 place ... GENZINK PLUMBING.

So impressed by the help and advice I was given on the phone today with some plumbing issues in my home. Brandon was very helpful and patient helping to diagnose the problems over the phone. Genzink Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company in Holland in the future.

Called Genzink Plumbing to get a quote this morning on a small job and their receptionist said they are NOT TAKING ON ANY NEW CUSTOMERS . . . AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A RECOMMENDATION OF ANOTHER PLUMBER IN THE HOLLAND, MI area when I asked! Extremely poor customer service - don't waste your time calling this company!!

Called too schedule a back-flow prevention test for a commercial building, one man does it and was on vacation for a week. Was asked too fax the forms over and they would get back with me, I stressed that I had 30 days to get this done numerous times. I called with two weeks left in the 30 days and was told he received the fax and would get back with me. I now have one week the secretary/receptionist does not even think he has seen the fax and no one has bothered too call me. Horrible service, not even up to poor standards.

Genzink was referred to us by our builder when we built our house. We've had a small punch list for them to wrap up for over year now, but they've had poor communication and follow up on addressing the issues. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them because of this.

They did the plumbing when our house was originally built. Really like the plumbers that have come to our house recently and in the past. Very friendly and do a great job. But the billing practic of $60 for travel time I believe is excessive.

We had a water heater that was leaking which is one of my top ten housing fears! I've heard stories of people cleaning up huge messes after a water heater break down. After a call, a professional technician came out to assess, make recommendations, and remove that 40 gallon monster. I could not be happier with the outcome! I would recommend Genzink in a heartbeat.

We used Genzink Plumbing in a custom home build. They are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and especially an endless supply of HOT water. No corners were cut! Ross and Brandon were very easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a quick turn around on a bathroom remodel for medical reasons. Genzink Plumbing was very helpful, and the turnaround time was amazingly quick, and job very well done. Paul was professional and did a great job. I would recommend Genzink Plumbing and will call them again when I have a plumbing project of any size.

Our building used Gezink Plumbing for our custom home being built. Haven't had an issue aside from a small leak around the humidifier. Gezink came out right away to fix it and looked at anything else in the basement to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Steve with Gezink. Wonderful person!

Service technician was professional, up front about cost and efficient in his work. We are very please with the new water heater installed same day we called. Happy to have a hot shower again!! Thanks for your service with a smile Ottagan Plumbing!!

Nick and Dakota did a great job getting a pump and tub so I could finally do laundry without flooding my basement. Nick was also quick to figure out that my toilet was the reason for backing up, and went and got a new one and replaced it that day. He also helped with a leaky shower and gas valve. I would recommend if you need a plumber give Ottagan plumbing a call.

Braden did a great job helping us with our sump pump. Ottagon reached out first thing in the morning after I submitted a request and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours.

They let me know what pricing would look like before signing off on any work, and that was the final price I paid for the replacement. Would work with them again!

We had a great experience with Ottagan Plumbing. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and respectful. They showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed our sprinkler system. And the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend.

Nick was really helpful! He explained what he was doing and why and even gave me helpful hints for the future.

Scrappy service called for frozen pipes was gunna be booked then asked where I was from not Holland. Then got hung up on saying I won't send my guy out that way. Ok say you service Holland only not a 24 hr service
