Our furnace’s heat exchanger was on its way out and both the furnace and A/C were quite old. We got estimates from a few places, each emphasizing the supper efficient units. One of the estimates came from another company that didn’t even send someone to our house. Two personal friends of mine endorsed checking with Kevin from Lawrence HVAC. He very tactfully helped to lead me to the conclusion that super high efficiency system couldn’t really be leveraged by our older home. These are my words, not his – like I said he was very showing a lot of tact! He was super helpful in navigating this much needed purchase. Kevin knows his stuff and explains all the technical information very clearly. He even showed up on installation day to check on the installers who were awesome as well, clean, tidy, and professional. The new Amana system is much quieter than the old one. We are very happy we went with Lawrence HVAC.

Our furnace went out the week of New Years and a tech came out on NYE to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately we had to replace our furnace but instead of waiting until Monday, two techs chose to work on their scheduled day off to get a new furnace in for us! They have been amazing to work with and such a professional and knowledgeable company!! Will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thanks for everything!!

Lawrence H&C recently replaced my 90yo Father's furnace. He got a $29 check up from one of the big city companies you see on TV. The furnace had lived it's life and surely needed to be replaced. Shortly after $29 inspection, a "salesman" showed up and was measuring his windows...? They were looking to get a foot in the door, and a fat check on the way out.
When he told me how much they quoted him, I suggested he get a second opinion. I've done business with Lawrence H&C in the past and was very satisfied, so I called and explained the situation. They were out to his house within a few hours and confirmed the furnace needed to be replaced. They contacted me later in the day with a quote that was thousands(not hundreds) less than company with 40 trucks and a salesman.
The new furnace was installed the next week. He was very happy with their service. He even commented that they extended his chimney pipe higher for him, which was not on the original estimate.
The icing on the cake? A Veteran's discount! 🇺🇸

Van Antwerp's Mechanical does very high quality work and are very knowledgeable. I have a 100 year old house. They installed a brand new furnace, A/C and water heater and creatively solved some sticky problems. The system is working great on all floors, even with the humid 95 degree weather. Called the company because their sticker was on our Furnace and Todd came out for the repair, it was quick and efficient. He was super nice and spoke about how he did the original installation of the Furnace, ac and water heater in my home. Due to this fact he inspected those items and discovered a life threatening error in our new water heater that we had previously replaced through someone else. I am very thankful that he looked and saw this as it could have become very dangerous. He came back out a few days later and replaced the hot water water heater. Everyone my family spoke to in this company was very nice and caring and I am so greateful for Todd!

Called in originally to have my Furnace repaired. Todd came out and told how he was the person who had originally installed the Furnace for the previous owner as well as her AC and water heater. During his repairs he noticed that the water heater had since been replaced again but noticed some life threatening issues with the installation. We were able to schedule a replacement a few days later and I couldn't be more thankful for Todd and his keen observations. I would have never known something was terribly wrong without him! Everything was fast and professional and everyone in the company whom I interacted with was very friendly.

Van Antwerp's mechanical was very pleasant to deal with. I believe the technician was Todd and he is knowledgeable. Honest and just a good person. Cost of service was fair and they are prompt. Todd called me and was there 15 minutes later. Also they were kind enough to make a space for me in their schedule that worked around my schedule. Good people and a good experience. Much appreciated and like keeping it local.

I've had a few experiences with Van Antwerp Mechanical over the 25 years that I've lived at my address. The first experience was the installation of our AC unit some 20 years ago. The second was to have them look at our furnace and this most recent experience was to replace a part on the AC unit that is over 20 years old. Each time my experience has been great.

They called 10 minutes before the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our AC. When finished he explained everything clearly told me why it went bad and what he replaced and even told me what to look for if we have any other problems.

I won't call anyone else for my heating and cooling issues. It's nice to have a company that is affordable and honest as well as pleasant to deal with. If you're looking for a good heating and cooling company that's affordable. This is definitely the way to go.

I have been a Van Antwerp customer for 20 years. Everyone has always been nice and easy to work with. Dawn in the office is very friendly. Todd is top notch. This company is honest and fair priced. The service is exceptional and very quick. I would highly recommend this world class company.

Climate Guys did an excellent job for me. My mini-split stopped working, I originally called the company that installed it (Carmichael/Vredevoge), paid their service fee for someone to tell me that a mouse got into it and shorted the board. I could spend $800 on a new board but there was no guarantee that it would fix it if the mice chewed the wires too. I paid them $159 and they didn't even clean out the mouse nest let alone do any investigation of the wires. If the new board didn't work I would just eat the $800 and would probably need to spend about $4000 on a heat exchanger.

I called climate guys for a second opinion, Ben came out, investigated the heat exchanger and gave me a lot more confidence that I wouldn't just be throwing away $800 on a board that wouldn't solve the problem. He replaced the board and got me up and running again. Thanks Climate Guys, I think I just found my new go to HVAC company!

Corey came out on July 4th and was able to redo the wiring in my AC due to a mouse incursion. I really appreciate the effort as temps were predicted to be in the 90’s the next day.
