My old condenser took its last breath, and it was time for a new one. I had passed a Northern Heating and Cooling truck several times on my way home from work, so I figured it might be a sign to contact them. I reached out via email. Within minutes, Ryan called to discuss my situation and we scheduled a time for him to come to my home. Once there, Ryan inspected my equipment. He asked questions to understand how the old unit performed and the comfort quality provided. Based on his assessment, Ryan recommended a somewhat smaller condenser, but left the evaporator coil size the same. He explained the who, what, when, where, why and how this change would positively impact my home. I was impressed with Ryan’s knowledge, patience and how thorough he was. The following day, Ryan sent a formal quote and we set an install date. I was unable to take a day off to be home for the techs, so I set a temporary door code. The techs let themselves in, installed the new equipment, worked their magic to make sure all was running properly and were long gone by the time I got out of work. When I returned home, I was elated. The house was nice and cool. Everything was cleaned up. The doors were locked. It was wonderful!

So, the bottom line is, I would absolutely recommend Northern Heating and Cooling. My experience reaffirmed that good companies, with great employees still exist. I appreciate how well Northern took care of me. I’m confident they will continue this level of excellence for a long time to come. Thank you Northern!

I highly recommend Northern Heating & Cooling. On a Monday morning we arrived to a cold office. On short notice, Steve and Alex were able to repair our system with a positive attitude, lots of communication, and helpful recommendations (which we will heed). Their bill was fair and easy to understand.

We returned home from a trip to our AC being out, got an estimate yesterday, quote this morning and an install this afternoon! They had a cancellation so when Darrin called with the estimate, he offered up the cancellation spot!! Amazing customer service & pricing! Thank you for getting us into the cool on a 90+ degree day! Our 4 year old air conditioner went out and the company who installed it said they don’t do service calls anymore. We called Northern and they sent out Josh just a few hours later the same day! He was quick and efficient and had it up and running quickly. We are very thankful for him and his knowledge! We will definitely be calling Northern from now on.

The Northern Heating and Cooling team has been servicing our resort business over the past several years and does a phenomenal job. Their technician assigned to our property, Josh, is extremely responsive, very professional, and puts maximum effort into making sure we feel confident about our HVAC systems. He ensures we receive the help we need around the clock. We couldn’t recommend Northern more and are thankful for the work they do to make sure our guests’ expectations are exceeded. Looking forward to several more years of business.

We’ve used this company on multiple occasions now. They finished our basement a few summers ago and everyone we worked with was amazing. They have a great team and they do a great job. The last two experiences had to do with our AC and we worked with Steve and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and understanding. Above and beyond. Our AC went out and was actually our furnace motor that caused the issue and it was a doozy to fix. He worked tirelessly to make sure it was right and it was NOT an easy fix. The office staff even was super helpful with paperwork I needed to get completed. Steve even checked up on it afterward to make sure it was still working which is great. If I could make specific requests for technicians I’d ask for him every time. If you need heating and cooling service these are the guys you want to go to! Thanks for all you do!

We needed some air conditioning diagnostics performed. AC system was not cooling the house much in 80 deg weather. Alex arrived on time was very knowledgeable. I showed Alex the basic maintenance I performed and showed him the layout of the equipment and house. After Alex performed his diagnosis he was able to perform the necessary repairs. Alex was very very very thorough and found some other problems, which were repaired. Yes, we will use this company again for future HVAC needs. Great company. 👍

Sadly, I recently had to replace my furnace & AC. No one wants that, but Ryan was amazing & helped thoroughly go over my options. Additionally, Northern was able to quickly come out & get me taken care of, something my previous HVAC company (Sale's) wasn't able to do. Greg & Jase, the install team were wonderful. Both days of the install they were on time, courteous & professional, AND they cleaned up after they were finished. All of my questions were answered & I was left feeling like I had a great HVAC team for the future. Their prices were fair & competitive to boot. Can't say enough good things about Northern Heating & Cooling! I'm looking forward to working with them going forward.

Josh from Northern Heating and Cooling arrived timely and was great while he was at
our home for AC tune-up and repair. He took time to explain and educate. His work was extremely thorough. He also made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left. Will definitely request Josh again for service!

Great work, reliable and responsive. I'm always happy with Northern and have been a customer since about 2016. The entire process was top notch from answering my call before business hours yesterday to, the text telling me they were on the way this morning, Josh arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot my AC issues very quickly. He was professional, explained everything, and we got everything settled and paid for on the spot. Highly recommend Northern. Austin/Josh A+ for the day.

Update 12.19.23 still happy with Northern! Just got my furnace tuned up for winter. Steve did a great job as usual.

Northern Heating and Cooling are an amazing company to work with from start to finish. As a new customer to a new area, we were so please with our service. Austin was able to schedule us in two days and Steve was such a great technician. Besides serving our AC and furnace, he helped us get the correct furnace filter, showed us how to use the humidifier and stopped some pesky mice from making a home in our AC. We could not have been more happy with this company!

The Northern Heating & Cooling team did an outstanding job of solving my funace heating issue. They responded quickly and fixed the the problem. Steve the Technician was very courteous and called me wih a step by step plan to find the new parts needed and install them the next day.

Great company to work with!!! I found myself in a situation where we needed to get rough in HVAC installation done ASAP due to a change in my insulation schedule and Mitch came through for me. I called him Thursday morning, he worked up the details of what I needed, ordered materials, and he had his crew here the next day!!! Outstanding job keeping my project on schedule!!!

Had an issue with the AC at our rental unit... have always had great, prompt service when dealing with Northern... today was no exception, one hour from when I placed the call and the tech (Connor) just left with the problem fixed.

Steve did a great job servicing our boiler system. Showed me what happens if it doesn't get cleaned out which eventually destroys the internal parts and warranty of the unit.

Just had the AC and furnace replaced in my unit by Chase and Andrew from Northern Heating and Cooling. I couldn’t recommend them more! They were efficient, skilled, considerate of my property and my neighbors and willing to answer all questions I had about each unit. Northern was referred to me by a neighbor and I will be referring anyone I speak to about the professionalism and value of Northern Heating and Cooling… and tell them to ask for Chase and Andrew! 👍🏼
