I am very impressed by the depth of knowledge and professionalism of this team. I had a new furnace and AC unit put in just three years ago by one of the longstanding Holland HVAC companies and have had nothing but problems with these units. The team at Northern identified all issues immediately and ordered new parts under warranty to correct the shortcomings of the original install team. Northern is my new go to. These guys are true HVAC professionals.

These guys replaced 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners for me and did a great job. They were fast and very clean. They talked to us about everything they were going to do. They even got my rebate from SEMCO without me saying anything about. I would, highly recommend them!

Connor was here last week due to a condensation blockage caused by pipe freezing at exit from condo building (causing furnace to shut off)…. He worked his butt off the entire time he was here. Covered in snow each time he came in. He Assurred me I would have heat before he left. And I did…for a few days. This was the 3rd company represented here, but the others didn’t remedy the problem of blockage. Thank you Connor and Northern and my HOA manager❣️

We had an A/C installed last August. They were awesome to work with. Not being the biggest A/C fans, we think we will enjoy it. They found a problem on the A/C. Steve found the issue and everything was taken care of promptly. Great company.

My gas fireplace was having some issues and Northern Heating sent over Steve to take a look. Steve was here when they said and he fixed the problem promptly, which turned out to be very minor. Northern Heating and Cooling installed the entire heating and cooling system to our new house several years ago, and they were and remain terrific to work with!

I’ve had them out a couple times and wouldn’t use anyone else. The first time, a different contractor installed my hvac system in a new build and I was having humidity issues in my upstairs (50+%). The other company came out twice and said nothing was wrong without looking or checking anything. Northern came out and did a full diagnostic and was able to fix the problem. Turns out the other company had my unit cranked up too high and it wasn’t allowing my AC to run long enough to properly dehumidify the area. I also had rooms that were heating and cooling at different rates so they switched out my control unit and added some remote sensors. Now the house is much more regulated. The 2nd time I thought my pressure switch went out so I replaced it my self only to find out that it wasn’t the issue. Northern came out and determined that my intake /exhaust was frozen solid (probably from the location of the exhaust and excess snow and cold weather that we’ve had) that the other company installed. They were able to de-ice the vent and the unit is back up and running smoothly again. Can’t say enough good things about northern.
